I stayed here twice， each for a single night， right before and after a 3-night Key West Rockies Tour， as the pickup and drop-off spots were at the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver. Location: This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver and is lovely. First Stay: Erin at the front desk was professional and efficient， allowing us early check-in for CAD15 and providing a spacious upgraded room on the 28th floor. Moon at concierge gave an excellent lunch recommendation to Cactus Club Cafe nearby and also handled our luggage storage for a later stay. This was tremendously helpful. The room with double beds offered a fantastic city view， ample storage， and a shower over a bathtub. All the usual amenities were included， with dental kits and slippers available on request. Second Stay: Upon returning from the Rockies tour， we stayed another night. There was no upgrade offer， but it wasn’t needed as we were departing early the next day. Our room was of similar setup， just a few floors lower (16th， I believe)， and although it showed minor signs of wear， it remained clean and comfortable. Mosaic Grille & Bar: During our second stay， exhaustion led us to dine at Mosaic Grille & Bar in the hotel. We enjoyed the cauliflower steak and West Coast scallops. The staff， especially our server Pritam， were delightful. He was open about his family， providing humor and good conversation. Nice Hotel: Given the price paid for both nights， our expectations were met， and the Hyatt Regency certainly delivered. I highly recommend it!

Everyone was just standing around waiting for the steam clock to whistle and release steam lol. Gastown is Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, known for its Victorian architecture, cobblestone streets, and the iconic Steam Clock. It is a vibrant area with a mix of trendy restaurants, bars, boutiques and art galleries. From here it’s also within walking distance to the Cruise Centre at Canada Place as well as Chinatown. It was also from here as I walked towards Chinatown that I chanced upon my favourite Maison Kitsuné and Cafe Kitsuné Vancouver outlets too ! This property offers spacious and comfortable rooms， featuring large bathrooms with an efficient shower over the tub. The room includes a safe， a mini bar， a microwave， and functional， albeit slightly outdated， air conditioning. The staff are delightful—helpful， friendly， and accessible. They were willing to print documents for me， and early and late check-outs were hassle-free. There’s ample luggage storage. The only drawback is the somewhat slow elevators. The location is excellent， almost centrally positioned， with the metro just five minutes away for attractions further out. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it. Additionally， it includes amenities like a sauna and full kitchen/dining/laundry areas on the rooftop， along with lovely outdoor space to take in city views.

Hike up past three glacier lakes; the middle lake’s Tiffany blue is breathtaking. If you’re fit, challenge yourself to the upper lake (10 km round trip). June to August is the best season, with temperatures around 20-25°C—super comfortable. Don’t forget to bring a windbreaker! 📍 Duffey Lake Scenic Drive A must-stop viewpoint along Highway 99 for a self-drive trip. The combination of turquoise lake water and snow-capped mountains makes every photo a masterpiece. The best part? It’s completely free! There are also many hidden waterfalls nearby to explore. ‼️ Must-Know Tips: 1. Joffre Lakes requires booking a Day Pass 2 days in advance (released on the official website at 6 am), weekends in summer sell out instantly. 2. Hiking boots are essential! Some sections have loose gravel; regular sneakers won’t cut it. 3. It’s very windy by the lakeshore! Be cautious when flying drones. 4. We took advantage of the long Obon holiday to travel to Vancouver. My son and daughter live far away, studying abroad and working, so we met up there. Vancouver was my first visit and it was the perfect city, blending nature and city, surrounded by sea and mountains. Although it was summer, the humidity was low and it was very comfortable. The roads were wide and laid out in a grid, so after a few days of exploring, I was able to get a general sense of the area. Just walking around the city was pleasant, and rather than visiting tourist spots further away, I was very satisfied just strolling around. In particular, the Vancouver Public Library was a place I had been interested in for a long time and had wanted to visit. The distinctive building and quiet, spacious interior are very comfortable. Next year's FIFA World Cup will be held here. BC Place Stadium, where the venue will be, is within walking distance from the Hilton Vancouver Downtown, where we stayed, and the Vancouver Library. As you can see from the photos, the scenery and cityscape were truly amazing!

We stayed three nights at the Paradox Hotel. The hotel's location is very central. It is within walking distance of the Harbourfront and many other nearby attractions and restaurants. It's a short Uber ride from Gastown and Stanley Park, and there's a farmers market within walking distance on Saturdays. We loved the hotel because the staff was friendly and it was easy to get around. Valet is CAD 50 per night and well worth it. There is also free bike and scooter rental at the hotel. The best part is that there is both an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. The indoor pool area serves as a nightclub at night and a swimming pool in the morning. At the end of May, my family and I went to Vancouver and stayed at the Green Rose on Robson Street. The hotel is located at 1393 Robson St. There are many bus stops nearby and very convenient to Stanley Park, Glenver Island and other attractions. 🚎🗺️ The hotel itself is an old building with no elevator, however we didn’t find it too much trouble after knowing this. The front desk service was warm and friendly, and although it was an old decor style, it was very clean throughout. 🧳✨The room is spacious and bright, although there is no air conditioning, but the room has a fan, winter stay should be no problem. The kitchen is fully equipped, but some supplies require additional applications to the front desk, which is particularly flexible. The room we stayed in did not disappoint us, it was particularly large, although not very new but clean and tidy. The bedding is a bit thin but comfortable. The bathroom is more basic, although there is no outlet but the advantage is that there is also an exhaust fan. For those who like to take pictures, it may be simpler 🥂🛏️ If you like to wander around as much as I do, staying here is a great option. The hotel is superbly located near a number of Asian restaurants, food wholesale supermarkets and a variety of great places to eat, such as Cora Breakfast, Black + Blue Steakhouse, and The Sandbar Seafood Restaurant. The location is really unbeatable! But when I talk about this hotel, there are really too many interesting details worth mentioning. The interior decoration style of the hotel has a sense of age, and the facilities are also a bit dated. Although the room layout is spacious, the soundproofing is not ideal, and you can always hear people chatting in the corridor in the middle of the night 😅. However, the service at the hotel is absolutely first-class, and the front desk reception is very warm, making the entire stay very comfortable.
