In the 4th year of Taiping Xingguo in the Song Dynasty (979 AD), Jinyang City was destroyed by war, and the pagoda was also ruined. It was rebuilt and abandoned multiple times afterward. The existing pagoda body was reconstructed in the 18th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1385 AD), changing from the original nine-story brick pagoda to a single-story Lama-style brick pagoda. It measures 104 meters from north to south and 98 meters from east to west, covering an area of 10,192 square meters. Jinyuan Confucian Temple features typical Ming and Qing architectural styles, facing south with a north-south central axis along which are arranged the glazed screen wall, Lingxing Gate, Pan Pool, Offering Hall, Dacheng Hall, Minglun Hall, Jingyi Pavilion, Sutra Library, and east and west side wings of the courtyards, as well as other buildings such as Chongsheng Temple. The temple served as an official school during the Ming and Qing dynasties and holds significant reference value for studying the ancient Chinese educational concept of "temple and school combined." It is a nationally protected key cultural relic.

Yunzhu Lake (also known as Yuncu Lake) is a rare alpine lake in North China, covering a water area of 14.1 square kilometers. Each floor features eaves and flat seats, below which are brick-carved dougong brackets and horizontal beams imitating wooden structures, with rafters extending outward to support the eaves. The dougong has five layers with double upward curves. Each floor has one brick-arched doorway on each side. The flat seat beam on the first floor is carved with patterns such as two dragons playing with a pearl, carp leaping over the dragon gate, and phoenix playing with peonies. From the first to the thirteenth floor on the front of the tower, plaques are hung with inscriptions like "Wenyao Gaoxuan" and "Pan Zhan Tianzhu." Fuxiang Temple in Yanliang is located about 200 meters east of Yanliang Village, Juheyu Township, Yushe. According to inscriptions, it was originally built in the third year of Kaiyun during the Later Jin of the Five Dynasties period (946), rebuilt during the Jin Dynasty, and repaired with a green roof in the eighth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1869). It covers an area of 1,119 square meters and faces south. The layout features a front courtyard with the Hall of Heavenly Kings and the Mahavira Hall along the central axis. Originally, the Hall of the King of Hell, the Hall of the Monastic Discipline, and the Hall of Guan Yu were on both sides, but these have now been demolished. The current Mahavira Hall is a Jin Dynasty relic, while the Hall of Heavenly Kings dates from the Qing Dynasty. The temple also preserves two Qing Dynasty restoration steles and 74 square meters of murals. In 2006, Yanliang Fuxiang Temple was designated as a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit by the State Council.

The Shungong Spirit Pagoda, also known as the "Nineteenth Generation Elder Shungong Spirit Pagoda," was built during the Ming Dynasty. It is located about 45 meters southwest outside the Shanmen of Chongsheng Temple. This octagonal, five-story pavilion-style brick pagoda stands 11 meters tall. The pagoda's base is made of stone with a waist-like Sumeru design, featuring an octagonal floor plan. The lower half of the base is buried underground, measuring 0.66 meters in height and 0.54 meters in width, with peony flower carvings decorating the waist section. The pagoda body is an octagonal five-story brick structure, each level with eaves that extend outward. The bottom level has a flat seat supported by brick-carved dougong brackets, horizontal beams, and flying rafters imitating wood construction, with a five-step heavy upward-curving dougong design. The top of the pagoda is an octagonal pointed spire. It is a key cultural relic protection unit in Shanxi Province.

Chongsheng Temple was originally named Chongyan Temple and also known as Chanshan Temple. It was first built during the Tang Dynasty. During the Song Dynasty's Jiayou period (1056-1063), it was renamed Chongsheng Temple. It was later destroyed by war but rebuilt during the Jin Dynasty from the 15th to 16th year of Dading (1173-1186). It underwent multiple repairs in the 9th year of the Yuan Dynasty's Zhizheng era, during the Qing Dynasty under Kangxi, Qianlong, and the 14th year of Jiaqing (1809), as well as in the 10th year of the Republic of China (1929). It was renovated again in 1988. Covering an area of about 2,100 square meters, the temple faces south and consists of two courtyards arranged along a central axis with the Shanmen Gate, Bodhisattva Hall, and Mahavira Hall. On both sides are the abbot's quarters, Dharma Hall, east and west side gates, east stele corridor, east and west Dharma Protector Halls, east and west Arhat Halls, and the west meditation room. The only surviving Yuan Dynasty structure is the Mahavira Hall; the rest are from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The temple also preserves six steles commemorating its renovations. Inside the temple are stone pagodas for Master Qingjing Guanghui and Master Pu'en Shougong. It is a nationally protected key cultural relic site.
