We had above and beyond expectations customer service at the hotel. Rooms were so clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The bed was so comfortable. Love the hotel.

Despite the hotel running at full occupancy, the experience was superb across all aspects—from check-in to check-out. The staff maintained exceptional service standards, always attentive and professional. Room comfort, dining options, and overall cleanliness were consistently impressive. Marriott Jogja remains my top choice whenever I visit the city.

Rooms were worse than the pictures would have you expect. Simple things like shampoo or hairdryer were not available. I had to upgrade to a better room as the first one had dampness in the walls, but even in the better room, windows were not possible to open. Staff was polite but overall experience was bad and not reflective of the price or pictures.

The hotel was really good, the room was clean and big, had almost everything we needed and the position is good too. Breakfast is pretty good. I wish there was a gym, but they've got only a couple of treadmills. Staff was nice and polite too. Please put a water kettle for boiling water in the room, otherwise how do I make the coffee you provide?

This hotel doesn't look like a 5 star hotel, there are dirty stains on the sheets and pillows, but overall the service is good, the staff is friendly, clean and comfortable

All staffs especialy the security upon arrival were superb! I had problem with the bed and the phone didn’t work. The staff came immediately to fix and help me to move to another room. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel due to the superb service, cleanliness and the friendly fast response staffs. Only one note that they are very strict with check in and check out time.

We were greeted warmly on arrival by Septi who arranged our check-in. We were told our rooms were not ready as we arrived well before the check-in time at 3pm. We went to Marioboro, the main shopping street in the city. And we're notified by WhataApp when our room is ready. We were assigned a room on the 6th floor that has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. The hotel has a large compound and is designed like a resort. It is old but everything works. The facilities are all not far away. You don't get these in new hotels anymore. The breakfast was were good with a good spread of local and international fare and daily change of menu. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts during our stay. Overall all the staff were friendly and gave their best warm service with a smile. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. Keep it up Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

Although the hotel building is located on Jalan Solo Jogya, it is not new, but its condition is still very good, with quite complete facilities, the restaurant area, lobby and swimming pool in the adjacent area, has its own charm. The rooms are also clean, neat and smell good. The bathroom also doesn't smell...so overall I'm satisfied staying here.

Very friendly & helpful staff with atrategic location. Perhaps a little heads up on room type whether with windows or none. But was very delightful to have the assistance of the Mbak Febi for room survey before change of room.

Great champion service. From the first time I entered, I was greeted. Breakfast variety, menu has gatot, tiwul that is not in other places. Clean, fragrant room. There was an electric shock incident at night but the clerk was immediately ready to deal with it. My child's bracelet was lost in the pool but the hotel helped find it and finally found it. Suitable for those who want to travel in Wonosari 👍
