Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets.The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean.
Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner.
Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way.
I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river.
You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent.
My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services.
Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.
Accor's hotels have never let me down. The hotel is located in the west of the city, with a gas station downstairs and a large supermarket and leisure shopping center opposite. The hotel's breakfast is quite satisfactory, and it is equipped with a swimming pool, which is very suitable for children.
The original hotel was oversold, so we decided to stay there at the last minute. It was better than expected. The hotel is old and the location is a little off, but Sarajevo is not big, and there are parking lots available in the city center. There is a tram station nearby to the city center. The hotel has a parking garage for 10 euros per night, and there are also free public parking spaces nearby.
The sauna and heated swimming pool that guests can use for free are great. The sauna is shared by men and women. There were few people on weekdays during our stay, but many people on weekends.
The breakfast is average, and there are many halal foods.
The room facilities are old, but the bathroom area is quite large, and many towels are provided. Free bottled water is available.
There is no food nearby, so it is recommended to have a good dinner in the city center before returning to the hotel.
Neum is the only seaside city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a coastline of only 24 kilometers. A large number of domestic and foreign tourists go on vacation by themselves. Due to the large number of rooms and the large number of guests, the parking space is very tight. There is an infinity swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel, which is free for guests to use, and each person is allocated a bracelet, and foreigners are charged. There is also a large swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Level B has direct access to the beach. The rooms are spacious with sea view balconies. There are many kinds of breakfast, very satisfied.
The location is good, the room is big, the 1st to 5th floors are the shopping mall, and the guest rooms are above. The breakfast is very rich. I like Mipas Hotel very much. Thank you to the front desk for printing my boarding pass for free.
An episode when I checked out was that the front desk asked me to collect tax, but the Ctrip price when booking included tax. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service, but the customer service did not speak English and could not communicate directly with the hotel front desk. I did not want to waste time waiting there, so I just Fortunately, I paid 3 euros first, and then Ctrip reimbursed me.
Here are some suggestions: 1. The customer service staff of overseas projects need to master oral English communication skills; 2. Product quotations must be written clearly, and tax cannot be clearly included, as the actual stay will incur new costs!
The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway; at the same time, about 5 minutes walk from the ancient street bridge in Mostar, the location is excellent; the breakfast is very rich and delicious, especially the fried chicken and fried eggplant box, which is a feature; the restaurant staff service attitude is very good, very friendly to us;
The family room we booked has a large space and comfortable beds. The only downside is that it is a bit cold and needs to be covered with a quilt;
The view of the hotel is great. At night, you can see the lights of the ancient city. During the day, you can overlook the Neretwa River Valley. From the early morning clouds to the blue sky and white clouds in the morning, the scenery is pleasant!
Highly recommend friends who come to Mostar for free travel, come and stay! Very nice hotel!
I am quite satisfied with the hotel. I have booked two rooms with a 4-star rating. The transportation is very convenient next to the main road on the outskirts of the city. Parking is also very convenient for self-driving cars. It is also very convenient to go to Buna Spring and not far from the old city. The breakfast is also good. Mostar is really hot. Therefore, insulation is very important for new air-conditioned hotels.
Pino Nature Hotel, BW Premier Collection is located just 10 minute drive from the center of Sarajevo, on the Olympic mountain Trebevic, in the area of protected landscapes, and is therefore the perfect place for a vacation for both adults and children. Pino Nature Hotel offers modern and luxurious facilities imbued with Bosnian charm, all finely packaged in a unique location that will remain in your memory for a long time.
The hotel was nice, the bedroom was nice and very clean.
But the amenities were quite basic for a 5 stars hotel, the swimming pool/spa area was very poorly managed with staff not paying much attention and parts closed and quite poor quality.
Overall it was a good stay but it could be easily improved.

GGuest UserWonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

TTianbulaCarolineThe room is quite big, the scenery is also very good, the location is very good, the first floor below is directly connected to the shopping mall, there is a large supermarket opposite, and there is also a shopping mall. It is very convenient to buy phone cards and exchange money. It is a landmark building, not good The only place to watch is the hotel, the sanitation is relatively poor, when you want to drink tea 🍵, you take out the cup, oh my god, it has not been washed, which is a bit surprising 😱, go to breakfast, there are many people, and no one takes a seat , a bit messy, it took 45 minutes for the waiter to pick up a car😂😂😂, but anyway, their attitude is still very good👌, so it doesn't matter, it's just a small problem, I hope it can be improved
IISMAILThe hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel.
However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

AAnna MarieI had no idea all the things there were to do in the area when I booked this place- just thought I would be tired from driving. It was a beautiful compound of different types of room, a huge restaurant space, and a large pool. Our room was spacious and very clean. Waterfalls, beautiful nature, and a pilgrimage are all located nearby.
