Of course, it also has contemporary dishes, but I still choose those that follow traditional methods. I tried two restaurants that day and found that Greeks like sour taste very much. Tomatoes and cheese often appear in dishes, such as the tomatoes, cheese and vegetables (Figure 2) and poached eggs, minced meat and bread (Figure 3) that I ordered at noon. Greeks have a sweet tooth that is comparable to that of Turks, so I only ate one piece of dessert at noon, which is very rare. Of course, the overall product of the restaurant is still quite good.
