Every Dongjia family will brew their own sour soup, and every restaurant will have a stove for roasting fragrant pigs. Those who dare to put the stove out show that they are confident in their own roasting techniques. When eating roasted fragrant pork, you must eat thick cuts, with crispy skin and tender fat but not greasy. In his sour soup, you can see the main ingredient of sour soup, cherry tomatoes, in the bowl served to the guests, unlike the bowl of beef sour soup noodles I had in other restaurants before, which did not have cherry tomatoes.
