Been coming here for a while now. The kebab is definitely not cheap, 16-25 CHF depending on what you add. But the ingredients are fresh and you can tell they care about what they're serving. I keep going back, so that says something. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but that's minor.

Small indie cinema with a proper bar—staff actually seem happy you showed up. Grabbed a drink before the film, no rush at all. Cozy spot for a low-key evening.

Got seated straight away, staff were friendly the whole time. Solid spot, I keep going back. Nothing fancy but it works.

Tried the Ugandan coffee to wrap things up—man, that was strong. Rich flavor, hit you right away. Good way to end the meal, honestly. Wish the cup was a bit bigger though.

The 'Feel Good' drink was exactly what I needed after a long night. Fresh ingredients, quick service. Sandwich options are a bit limited though.

Coffee was solid, prices fair. Place is small and fills up fast, so you might not get a seat right away. Fine for a quick stop if you're in the area.

The pasta was properly al dente, which is rare to find around here. Tiramisu tasted homemade, not from some industrial pack. Prices felt okay for Switzerland, not a bargain but not a rip-off either. The room was a bit bright for my taste, but the food carried the meal.

Came here again for the Saturday buffet. Still got a solid spread—sushi, some warm dishes, salad bar. Nothing fancy but it hits the spot. Price is fair for what you get. Place gets busy around 1, so go a bit earlier if you can. Consistent, which is why I keep coming back.

The caprese sandwich really stood out—fresh and well put together. Coffee was solid too. Bakery stuff looked good, though I didn’t try much of it. Place felt a bit cramped but fine for a quick bite.

Solid old-school spot for a quick catch-up with friends. Ovomaltine hit the spot and they open super early which is handy. Prices felt fair for Zurich.

Stopped by for a casual dinner with a friend and honestly the veggie options surprised me. We shared a few plates and everything came out fresh, portions were pretty generous too. Place has that warm, low-key vibe that makes it easy to hang around for a while. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but that’s probably a good sign 😄

Grabbed a table outside and had the beef pita burger plus the veal sausage. Both came out hot and fresh, which I appreciated. The oat cappuccino was a nice way to start the day. Service was fine, nothing crazy, but the food did the job.

Came here with a couple of friends for a quick bite and honestly the momos stole the show. Super juicy, like careful they might burn your tongue juicy 😅. Buffet’s not massive but everything’s done well. Place is pretty basic but that’s kinda the vibe. Good spot if you’re craving something hearty without the fuss.

Green curry was solid. Spicy enough, coconut milk came through nicely. Staff friendly, didn't have to wait long for the food. Quick lunch stop, did the job. Nothing fancy but I'd go back if I'm in the area.

The hummus alone is worth coming here for—so creamy. Cocktails were solid too. Service was a little slow, had to ask twice for a drink menu, but the vibe kept it fun.

The lovely atmosphere and beautifully presented dishes make dining here a delightful experience. The wine selection is also impressive.

The allergen labels on the menu are a nice touch for someone like me who watches what I eat. My salad was fresh, though the dressing was a bit heavy. Service was attentive.

Stopped by for a coffee after getting off the train—location’s super handy, just a few minutes from HB. Place is roomy, not cramped like some spots in the city. Staff let us sit and take our time, no rush at all. View from the table was nice too. Solid choice if you’re nearby.

Been to La Tartina twice since they popped up. That braised beef with garlic mash is still the thing I keep thinking about. Tender, rich, exactly what I want on a cold evening. The tasting menu changes a bit, but that dish stayed consistent. Good to see a pop-up that actually holds its quality.

Stopped by for a drink and ended up staying for the flammkuchen. Thin, crispy, just salty enough — went well with my glass of wine. Staff let me take my time deciding, which I appreciated. Place was a bit busy but not overwhelming. Solid choice if you're in the area and want something simple.

Solid tapas, prices are fair. Staff were friendly. Gets loud and packed though, but fine for a casual drink.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The krapow was spot on, spicy and savoury. Thai omelette with tom yum soup hit the spot too. Place gets busy around noon, but the food came out fast enough. Solid choice if you're in the area and need a proper Thai fix without the wait.

We popped in on a random weeknight and honestly the menu is massive—pizza, kebab, pasta, you name it. I just got a simple margherita and it was solid, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Prices are fair for the area too. Good spot if you're hanging with friends and can't decide what to eat 😄

Great terrace and friendly crew. The cordon bleu paired nicely with a crisp white wine. Fair prices too.

The seating here is really comfortable, which I appreciated. I tried the curry and it was a standout that day. Food can be a bit hit or miss, but the service was friendly and I felt taken care of. A relaxed spot to just sit and eat without any fuss.

The mezze platter had everything—hummus, baba ganoush, stuffed grape leaves. All of it tasted fresh, not like it sat in a fridge. The bread was warm too. Garden seating under the vines was nice, but service dragged when it got busy. I’d come back just for that platter.

The green curry here was seriously good—spicy enough to make me pause but not overpowering. I’ve had Thai food in Thailand and this holds up, maybe even better. Portions are solid for what you pay. Didn’t expect to find this spot, but I’d come back just for that curry.

The shakshuka was really good and the staff were friendly. It got a bit loud inside but the seating was comfortable enough to stay and finish our coffee.

The grilled octopus was spot on, tender and smoky. Paired it with a glass of their Sancerre, which cut through the richness nicely. Service was attentive without hovering. Sure, the bill stings a bit, but for that level of cooking, I didn't mind. Would come back for the bar seating alone.

Came here for tapas with a couple of friends. The gambas al ajillo were good, garlicky and plenty of oil for dipping bread. Albondigas were decent too. But honestly, for the price, the portions felt a bit small. We ordered a few plates and still left a little hungry. Nice spot though, and the staff didn't rush us.
