The midday business lunch is a good pick if you want something fresh without spending too much. I liked that the vegetables still had crunch, and the price felt fair for the portion. It was a bit busy around noon, but the food came quickly enough.

The burger had that soft, homemade-style bun—really hit the spot. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Solid pick if you just want something familiar and easy. Maybe not a destination spot, but it does the job.

The terrace view over Lake Schluchsee is gorgeous. Sweet potato chips with truffle mayo were really good, though service got a bit slow once it filled up.

The salmon poke bowl here is legit the best I've had. Got the tataki salmon nigiri too — solid combo for a catch-up with friends. 🍣

Stopped by for lunch last week. The view really is something else, you can see the whole lake from the terrace. Food was decent, had the rösti and it came out quick. Service was friendly enough, nothing fancy but they knew what they were doing. Place gets busy around noon so come a bit earlier if you want a good table.

Loved the vibe here. The interior is beautifully done, modern but warm, and the lighting is just right. Food looked great on the plate too. A really nice spot to unwind.

No. 14 of Fine Dining in Zurich

The pizza was loaded with cheese, really satisfying. Even the kids cleaned their plates, which says a lot. Place was a bit cramped though, but the food made up for it.

Solid spot. Got the white asparagus, really good. Prices are fair for Zurich. Burgers on the next table looked awesome, kinda wish I got one. Make a reservation though, it was packed.

We had dinner here last week and honestly the food was the highlight. I ordered the grilled octopus and it was cooked properly, nice char on the outside. My wife had the fish of the day, also solid. Ercan and Miguel took care of us the whole night, very attentive without hovering. Room looks nice too, though it got a bit loud later. Prices are on the higher side but fair for what you get.

Came for the match, stayed for the Guinness. Proper pub feel, not too polished, and the staff let you settle in. Beer list has some thought behind it—went with a stout that paired better with the burger than I expected. Place was busy but service kept up fine. Solid spot if you just want a pint and some noise.

Came for the ribs and honestly they lived up to the hype. I’m from Texas so I’m picky about BBQ. Chicken sandwich was solid too, but the ribs are the move. Service was on point, didn’t have to wait long for anything. Patio looked nice but we sat inside. Would come back just for that dry rub.

Came for the view, honestly didn’t expect the food to hold up. Sushi was fresh, lobster risotto really good. Interior’s modern and clean, but at night you lose the lake entirely. Kind of a shame, since that’s why you pick this spot. Still, solid meal.

Been coming here for years now. The herbstteller with those chestnuts still gets me every time - they just melt. Place has that old-school charm since 1888, never lost it. Service was solid again. Schnitzel was a touch chewy this visit, but honestly I'm here for the veggie stuff anyway. Consistent enough that I keep coming back.

The tapas were solid and they’ve got a proper gin selection, which I always appreciate. Staff seemed genuinely cheerful, not fake. Place has this relaxed, no-fuss vibe that makes you want to stay for another round. Only thing—it got a bit loud later in the evening, but that’s on me for picking a busy night.

The lamb shank was properly tender, fell off the bone without trying. Sauce had real depth, not the usual watery stuff. Portion size decent for the price. I'd skip the sides though, they're pretty forgettable. Came here specifically for that dish and left satisfied. Maybe not the best place for a full spread, but that one plate does it for me.

Great coffee and the interior is really well done. Nice to have outdoor seating too, plus it's a quick walk from the station.

Fair prices for sure, student-friendly too. Hours work out well when you need a quick bite late. It's basic fast food, nothing fancy, but they do it right. Had the burger and fries, decent size for the money. Place gets busy around lunch, but line moves fast. Good enough for a regular stop.

Solid business lunch spot. Steak was cooked exactly as asked, wine list had some good options. Service sharp without hovering. Pricey though — you pay for the setting. Fine if someone else is footing the bill.

Stopped by for a quick drink before a match. Scottish bartender knew his stuff, pointed me to a solid local beer. Handy spot right near the station.

Solid tap list, ribs were properly smoky and tender. Portions are generous too. Only thing - it got pretty loud inside, but that's on me for going on a Friday night.

The green curry with chicken was really good, and the summer rolls felt fresh. Service matched the vibe by the marina. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable for lounging around.

Stopped by for lunch near the chapel bridge—spot’s super convenient. Food was solid, nothing crazy. Had the schnitzel, crispy enough, though the salad on the side was a bit sad. Staff mostly friendly, but one dude with a man bun seemed like he didn’t wanna be there. Still, others picked up the slack. Fine for a quick bite if you’re in the area.

Been here a few times now, and the lady who runs the place still remembers my order. That consistency keeps me coming back. Breakfast is quick, nothing fancy, but it hits the spot. Cozy little corner, good for a relaxed bite.

We had a great Sunday family lunch there. Food was fresh and excellent! Service amazing and we felt so relaxed and at home! Thanks

Came for dinner on a quiet weeknight. The grilled octopus was spot on, tender and smoky. I’m picky about freshness, and the greens tasted like they were just picked. Slightly pricey for the portion size, but the ingredients felt honest. I’d go back for the fish alone.

The pho was solid on a cold day, but that crispy duck keeps me coming back. Flavor was spot on, cooked just right. Vietnamese dishes are clearly their thing.

Went for the buffet, not a vegetarian myself but honestly didn’t miss the meat. Good spread, plenty of options. Sat on the glassed-in terrace, pretty chill vibe. Price is a bit on the higher side though. Fine for what it is, just don’t expect a bargain.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Steak was cooked properly, no complaints there. Nice spot up above the city, view helps. Wine list is solid too. Service was friendly, didn't have to wait long for the food. Good if you want a decent bite without the fuss.

Passion fruit cheesecake was solid. Warm cinnamon rolls too. Banana protein smoothie did the job. Sweet spot for a quick dessert stop. Nothing fancy but it hit the right note.

I was impressed by the extensive wine selection at Napa Grill. The sommelier provided excellent recommendations that complemented our meal beautifully.
