Stopped by for a quick lunch. The waterfall garden view is really nice, makes the whole place feel chill. Got the casado, flavors were good but a bit salty for me. Price is a little high though. Still, if you're in the area and want a decent bite with a view, it works. Service was friendly too.

Stopped by for breakfast near the central park. Had the Gallo Pinto with eggs and coffee—solid portion for the price. Service was quick, no fuss. Place gets busy but they handle it fine. Good enough if you're in the area and want something simple before heading out.

Service was quick and the staff friendly. Owner came by to explain the menu, nice personal touch. Got my food fast, exactly what I needed for a lunch break.

Alejandro at the gift shop sorted me out—walked me through the promos, let me sample stuff, and helped me pick what I actually wanted. Solid shopping stop.

Stopped by on a rainy afternoon and it was exactly what I needed. Place was quiet, not packed at all. I could actually sit and enjoy my coffee without feeling rushed. Service was fine, nothing fancy, but they left me alone which I appreciate. Just a simple, chill spot to kill some time.

The steak at this place was cooked exactly how I asked. Medium rare, nice char on the outside. That's really all I care about. The flavor was solid, seasoned well. Didn't need any sauce. I'd come back just for that cut.

The breakfast deal (coffee, juice, croissant) for 2400 colones is a solid pick. Colombian empanadas had a nice kick to them.

The latte here was way smoother than what I get back home in the States. No burnt aftertaste at all. Kinda surprised me, honestly. Just a regular Starbucks stop, but the coffee came out better than expected. If you're used to the US version, this one's a step up.

Stopped by The Corner for lunch. Cool old house vibe, rustic inside. Owner came by and just talked with us for a bit, real friendly. Had the pasta, solid. Nothing fancy but the place has its own thing going. Chill spot.

Tomato soup was thick and had a good kick to it. Pulled pork sandwich came with plenty of meat, bun held up fine. Place feels more like a coffee shop than a restaurant, but that's fine for a quick bite. Would've liked the fries a bit crispier though.

Fish tacos were solid, fresh and not greasy at all. Salad bar's a nice add-on, nothing fancy but it works. Place gets a bit chilly when the sun goes down though, so keep that in mind. I'd grab a seat inside if you're not into the breeze.

Shared the tomahawk and honestly the chimichurri made it worth it. Meat was tender, bread pudding with coffee hit the spot after. Good spot if you're heading to a show nearby.

The pejibaye ceviche was the move — coconut milk and tortilla chips made it a solid veggie spin. Patacones with shredded beef were big and filling. Quick service, got my food fast.

The coffee tasting here is a solid pick—three different brewing methods in one go. Nice way to get a feel for local beans. Pastries were good too, though I wished they'd pair a wine flight with the tasting.

The gallo pinto with eggs was solid and the fresh juice made it even better. Good spot for a quick breakfast.

The vegan cooking class was really nice. We made some good dishes and the instructor was patient. The gluten-free chocolate chiffon cake though, that was the highlight for me. Light and not too sweet. I'd go back just for that slice. Wish the class was a bit longer, but overall a good afternoon.

The golden milk here is honestly the best I've had. Service was friendly too, and they took their time explaining the menu in English without rushing me. I just sat there sipping it slowly, not wanting to leave. Wish I could've ordered a second one but I was already full.

Banana nut cake was solid — good way to close out the meal. Server stayed on top of things, checked in without hovering. Place was busy but we didn’t feel rushed. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

The focaccia chicken sandwich was the reason I came back. Chicken stayed juicy, bread held up without getting soggy. That little soup starter on the side was a nice touch too. Sugar-free smoothie surprised me, not overly sweet. Place was busy but service kept up fine. I'd grab it again if I'm in the area.

We came here twice during our trip and honestly the salad bar kept pulling us back. Everything was fresh and they had this one dressing I couldn't figure out but loved. Staff were nice too, not overly chatty which I appreciated. Just a solid spot for a relaxed meal.
