The apple pie with whipped cream was properly good — soft inside, not too sweet. Place has that old-Dutch vibe, wooden tables, low light. Staff let us sit without rushing. It did get crowded by mid-morning, so we grabbed a spot near the window just in time. Fine for a slow coffee stop.

The pastrami sandwich was solid, really well done. Service was quick and the terrace gets nice morning sun. Good spot if you're in the area.

Stopped by for a beer and ended up staying longer than planned. Good selection, staff actually chat with you instead of just taking orders. Had the bitterballen too — crispy outside, warm inside. Place has that proper Dutch gezellig vibe. Nothing fancy, but solid.

Came for the drinks, stayed for the vibe. The non-alcoholic beers were a nice touch, and the street-side seating is prime for watching the world go by.

Been coming here for years, still my go-to spot. The goat cheese sandwich is loaded, plenty of salad on the side. Portion's decent for the price, especially right in the tourist center. Not fancy, but it does the job.

At the end my friends and I decided to the second time in a row to this beautiful restaurant! Last time I had a great sirloin and today I tried grilled salmon and was awesome!!!Love it!

Stopped by for a drink and the place had that proper winter tavern feel. Decorations were up already, made it cozy. Good drink list too, not just the usual stuff. Service was fine, nothing crazy. Maybe a bit busy but that's part of the vibe I guess.

Stopped by for breakfast and got the American breakfast. Solid portion, eggs done right, toast was actually buttered well. Staff smiled, didn't rush me. Fine spot if you're nearby and hungry.

Stopped by twice while in Amsterdam. Carbonara was solid, portion size fair for what you pay. Staff polite, didn’t have to wait long for a table either. Place has a decent buzz without being too loud. Nothing fancy, but it does the job well.

Stopped by for a quick drink, ended up staying way longer than planned. Service was friendly, nothing over the top, just easygoing. Decent spot if you want to hang out without any fuss. Only downside, it got a bit busy later on, but that’s on us for staying. Pretty good overall.

The service was spot on, friendly and quick. Food was decent but the bill felt a bit steep for what you got.

The food was fantastic and the very friendly staff went way over the top to provide a wonderful evening.

Great espresso and a solid sandwich—owner clearly knows his stuff. Would've liked a wine option though.

We stopped by for lunch and grabbed a table outside by the water. The weather was nice so that helped. Food was decent, nothing fancy, but the seating was comfortable and we weren't rushed at all. Service was friendly enough. I'd come back if I'm in the area and want a relaxed bite.

The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere with helpful staff and high-quality cuisine at fair prices. It's a great spot for anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience.

Service was the highlight. Staff noticed we were tourists and took time to explain the menu, even suggested a local wine pairing. Pasta was fresh, pizza decent. Place was busy but we never waited long. Fair price for the quality. Would come back if in the area.

Stopped by for early breakfast since they open before most spots around here. Coffee was solid and the pastries tasted fresh out of the oven. Staff seemed chill, not hovering. Place had that relaxed vibe where you can just sit with your cup for a while. Nice way to start the day, honestly.

Came here with a couple of friends and we grabbed the window seats upstairs—such a nice view of the water while we ate. I had the stamppot with pork loaf and gravy, super comforting. The beer float was fun to try too. Service was a bit slow but we weren't in a rush. Would come back for sure 😊

The mezze mix was solid—hummus really stood out. Portion was big enough to fill me up without ordering extra. Kebab was tender too. Seating was comfy, plenty of spots inside and out.

Been coming here for a while now. Burgers are still solid and the staff remembers you. Prices are fair for being this close to the station.

Stopped by for lunch after walking past the Anne Frank house. Got the mozzarella, pesto and tomato sandwich—it was massive, honestly could’ve shared it. Fresh bread, decent filling. Mango juice was a nice side. Place itself is pretty basic, a bit cramped inside, but fine for a quick bite. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Stumbled in on a Sunday evening and caught the live music. Staff were chatty, made me feel like a regular. Had a beer, listened to some tunes, pretty chill way to end the weekend. Place has that proper neighborhood pub vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed their pancakes—pretty solid, fluffy enough, not too heavy. Staff was friendly, pointed me to a local beer that paired well. Place was busy but not chaotic. Only thing, took a bit to get the bill. Fine spot if you're in the area and want something easy.

Stopped by for a drink last week. Interior's got that old-school Jordaan feel, nothing flashy but comfortable. Staff were attentive without hovering. Prices fair for the area. Good spot if you want to avoid the tourist traps nearby.

Nice spot to just sit with a drink and watch the boats go by. Staff were friendly and quick. The canal location really makes it.

Mary took care of us right away, and Sam's cooking was fresh and tasty. Halal options are a plus. Solid spot for a quick bite.

The three-person set meal was really generous, we ended up taking quite a bit home. The vegetables tasted fresh, not overcooked at all. Staff were friendly too, checked on us a couple times. Only thing, it got a bit busy around 7 so service slowed down a little. But the portions made up for it.

Decent spot for a late bite near the centre. Garlic bread was solid, and the house wine paired well with it. Service was quick enough, though nothing fancy.
