Stopped by for a quick lunch and had the lamb dish—pretty good, decent portion for the price. Owner was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. Place is small but fine for a casual bite. Maybe slightly slow on the refill, but nothing major. Solid choice if you're in the area.

Stopped by for a late lunch and the owner totally made the place. Super friendly, cracking jokes, clearly loves what he does. He even gave us a little bag of herbs from his garden on the way out. Food was solid, nothing crazy, but that personal touch stuck with me. Would go back just for that.

Stopped here for a drink while watching the boats come in. The spot by the port is perfect for people-watching, honestly could sit there for hours. Prices for drinks are a bit steep though. Still, the view kinda makes up for it. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The tzatziki and grilled lamb were spot on. Real traditional Greek cooking, no shortcuts. Place was busy but we got our food quick enough.

Came here twice while we were in the area. Grilled meats were done right, fries nice and crispy. They even brought out some raki and fruit at the end, which was a nice touch. Service was friendly the whole time. Only thing is it can get a bit busy, but we didn't mind.

The lamb casserole was spot on again—tender, rich, just like last time. They even threw in a little dessert at the end, which I didn’t expect. Still my go-to spot around here.

Been coming here for a while now. Still like the beer selection, staff always let you try before you pick. Sitting outside in the square is a nice bonus too.

We stopped by for lunch and the owner brought out a small plate of extra pita with cheese while we waited. That was a nice touch. The moussaka was solid, layers were soft and the meat was seasoned well. Grilled octopus was tender, not rubbery. Simple place, very clean. I'd go back for the octopus alone.

Came for the gyros, stayed for the fireplace. Place is small and cozy, staff actually seemed happy we were there. Greek salad was fresh, big portion too. Gyros were solid, nothing crazy but hit the spot. Maybe a bit slow on the refill but whatever. Would sit by the fire again.

Nice little spot off the main tourist drag. Had the granola yogurt bowl for breakfast—solid choice. Coffee was the best I found in Crete, no argument there.

Good value — the meal for two was plenty for three of us, even had leftovers. Free raki and watermelon at the end was a nice touch.

The pistachio gelato is the real deal—actual nut pieces and a rich flavor that hits right. If you're wandering around the center, grab one.

The shrimp tostadas were the highlight for me—crunchy, fresh, and the citrus salad balanced it out nicely. Churros for dessert were a solid finish too. Menu’s got a few interesting things I wanna try next time. Already thinking about when I can come back.

Stopped by for a quick coffee catch-up with a friend and honestly, the flat white was spot on. Lina behind the counter remembered our order from last time, which was a nice touch. Place gets a bit busy around noon though, so grab a seat before you order. Still my go-to for a caffeine fix around here ☕

Came in late October when half the island was shut. Service really stood out though—guy remembered our order without writing it down, checked on us just enough. Food was solid Greek, nothing fancy but honest. Had the lamb, it came out tender and properly seasoned. Place was quiet, almost empty, which suited us fine.

Burgers were solid and the brioche bun was fresh, but honestly the portion felt a bit small for the price. Fries were good though. Probably fine if you're not starving.

Hidden spot up in the hills, worth the drive from Panormo. The house wine paired nicely with the lamb. Portions were solid, service took its time but that's part of the charm.

The beef skewer was properly tender, seasoned just right. Fennel pie surprised me — flaky, savory, really good. Prices fair for what you get. Didn't pay much attention to the space, but the food did the talking.

Stopped here for a quick bite and honestly the club sandwich caught me off guard—really fresh, decent portion. Iced latte was solid too, not too sweet. Right on the beach so you can just sit and watch people walk by. Service was chill, no rush. Wouldn’t mind coming back if I’m nearby again.

Came back twice while we were here. Lamb chops were solid, old river salad too. Staff actually remembered us which was nice.

Came for the cocktails, stayed for the vibe. The staff were friendly and even brought out some free snacks and a shot. Prices felt fair for what you get. Drinks were pretty good, though the place got a bit loud later on. Still, a decent spot to unwind.

Escaped the wind here and just sat for a while. Staff were friendly, no rush to push us out. The vibe was chill, exactly what I needed. Wish the music was a bit quieter though.
