The portions are decent. I had the fish and chips, the batter was crisp but the chips were a bit too soft for my liking. Good amount of food though.

A solid neighbourhood spot. The pizzas are enormous, we couldn't finish ours! Good, quick service and a nice buzzy vibe with the low lighting. Menu had loads to choose from.

Tried the early bird menu. The salt and chili chicken starter had a proper kick to it. But the sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream? Honestly, the best I've ever had.

Been coming here for years, and that stuffed crust chicken ham and pineapple pizza is the reason. Always hits the spot. It's just consistently good.

Lovely festive afternoon tea. The smoked duck starter was a real highlight, beautifully presented. A nice treat.

Cosy spot, really relaxing. Not too busy when we went. The grilled salmon was cooked just right, flaky and moist. My wife’s pasta was a bit too salty for her taste, but we still enjoyed the evening.

Lovely atmosphere inside, really nicely done. The staff were so kind and attentive, which made everything feel relaxed and easy. A very pleasant evening.

The staff were really attentive even on a busy Saturday night. I always appreciate that. The grilled salmon was cooked just right, and the seasonal vegetables tasted so fresh. A nice, simple meal.

A decent spot for a quiet dinner. The service was fine and the food was pretty good, as usual. The pasta was cooked nicely, though the portion felt a bit small for the price.

The pork belly starter was the real star for me - the crackling was spot on and the meat just fell apart. The schnitzel was juicy too, but those chips? Honestly some of the best I've had in ages. Properly crispy outside, fluffy inside.

Been coming here for years, and the coffee always comes with that little sweet treat. It's a nice touch that keeps me coming back.

The chefs and a couple of the waitresses were really friendly. The main chef even came out to explain the specials, which was a nice touch.

Had a fab catch-up with friends at Austins. The hotel itself is gorgeous and spotless, but the real star was the food - seriously good! Staff were lovely too. Perfect for a relaxed group dinner.

The goat cheese salad and bacon brie sandwich were a solid quick lunch. Fresh ingredients, no complaints. Good spot for a fast bite when you’re in a rush. 👍

Been back a few times, always solid. Had the monkfish and prawn curry special last night – it was surprisingly light but still really flavourful. The live music downstairs gives the place a proper buzz.

The seafood chowder was the star for me. Really rich and full of flavour, probably one of the best I've tried. The fish and chips were good too, a decent portion.

Loved the vegan options here! The portions are huge and everything had so much flavour. The staff were really welcoming too, which made it a perfect spot to catch up with friends.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Service was quick and they were upfront about a drink not being chilled yet, which I appreciated.

Decent veggie options here. The paneer tikka was solid, not too dry. Asked for extra spicy and they actually made it hot. Good for a casual meal.

The chef is so lovely, came out to chat about the specials. The lighting is a bit low for my taste, had to use my phone torch to read the menu properly! 😅 But honestly, the food is always spot-on.

The gluten-free options here are pretty good, nearly the whole menu. Our server was friendly and helpful, which made ordering straightforward. The food itself was decent, though a couple of dishes were a touch salty for my taste.

Sarah was lovely, really knew her beers and gave us some solid tips for the area. The place itself has a nice, relaxed vibe, perfect for a casual pint after a walk along the coast.

Tried the steak sandwich for the first time. It was really tasty, the meat was cooked just right. Good prices too. Service was fine, no complaints.

The lamb shoulder was so tender, and you could really taste the quality of the meat.

The acoustics here are spot on. It was packed when we visited, but the noise level was surprisingly comfortable. Could actually have a conversation without shouting. The staff were quick to clear tables, too.
