Cheese and tomato waffles were spot on. The chai latte is unique - they give you the actual leaves to brew yourself, which I liked. Dog-friendly inside, which is a nice touch. Service was quick.

The flat white was really good. I'm not a coffee expert, but this one was smooth, not bitter at all. The milk was perfectly steamed. It's become my go-to spot for a reliable morning pick-me-up.
