Grabbed a quick lunch here. Place was packed but the service moved fast. Staff kept up with the rush, no waiting around for the bill or refills. Got my food in good time, which is all I really ask for. Solid spot for a quick bite when you're short on time.

Lunch specials are a solid deal, and the pizza’s got a nice fresh topping. A decent glass of wine would’ve made it perfect.

The grilled salmon was really fresh, flaky and light. I liked that they didn't drown it in sauce. Just a simple lemon butter thing. Portion felt a bit small for the price, but the quality made up for it. Nice spot to sit and watch people go by. Would come back for that dish alone.

The sushi here is seriously fresh, like melt-in-your-mouth fresh. I tried the salmon nigiri and it was a cut above most places in Mainz. Kind of wish I'd ordered more, honestly. The wasabi had a nice kick too. Definitely my new go-to spot when I'm craving Japanese.

Stopped by for lunch after checking out the castle. Got the schnitzel and it was solid—crispy, not greasy. Outdoor seating is nice if you can find the place, tucked below the castle next to the Dragon Museum. Bit of a maze to locate, but worth it. Prices fair for the area.

The food alone makes this place worth it. Even the pizza, which I usually only get from a pizzeria, was really good here. Owner and staff are friendly, checked in a few times but not pushy. Nice spot to just sit and eat.

The spicy tuna roll was the standout—fresh fish, good rice-to-filling ratio. Fusion stuff is creative, tried the vegan one too, decent. Presentation is nice but honestly I just care about the taste. Slightly pricey for the portion size, but I'd order that roll again.

The fusion of Indian spices with steak is such a clever idea. My ribeye had a nice char and the curry sauce on the side was a solid touch. A bit pricey, but the quality is there.

The Adana kebab was solid, really well seasoned. Place looks nicer after the renovation, but yeah, prices have gone up a bit. Still my go-to for Turkish food though.

The daily specials were solid — pasta tasted fresh, and the wine list had enough options without being overwhelming. Service was friendly but not hovering. Only thing: the seating felt a bit cramped near the window. Still, I’d go back for the food alone. Just maybe ask for a table further inside.

The moules frites were a solid portion, plenty of them. Escargot was the real highlight though, garlicky and buttery. Chocolate lava cake came with fresh strawberries, decent but the cake itself could've been warmer. Fine for what it was.

Stopped by for a casual dinner near the Hauptbahnhof. Ribs were properly tender, though they drowned them in sauce a bit much for my taste. Had a decent red wine that cut through the sweetness alright. Service was quick and the place had that old-school American diner feel. Fine if you're not expecting anything fancy.

Second time here. Food's tasty, quite different from what I usually eat. Watching the chef prep everything is a nice touch. Still solid.

The ribeye mastercut was pretty good, cooked exactly as asked. Adrian at the counter kept things moving fast. Open grill makes the place feel lively, though it does get a bit smoky. Fine spot for a steak dinner.

We came for a casual dinner and the cordon bleu was really good. Service was friendly too. Bit pricey for what you get, but fine for a night out with friends. ☕

The tandoori mix was solid and the rogan josh had real flavor. Garlic and cheese naan was good too, but honestly the portions felt a bit small for what we paid. Fine for a quick bite, just don't expect to leave stuffed.

Tried this place for the first time on Saturday. The flavors really reminded me of home. Service was friendly, nothing fancy, but the food did the talking.

Stopped by on a whim and the owner was super welcoming. Tried a few dishes, everything came out fresh and tasty. Prices are fair too. Nice little spot by the river, easy to miss but worth checking out.

Been coming here for a while now. The rakija keeps me coming back, honestly. Place gets pretty loud later in the evening, but that's part of the charm. Food's solid, nothing fancy, but the vibe is what you're here for. A bit tucked away, but once you find it, you'll get it.

Stephanie hooked us up with a table on a packed night—she was awesome. Food and beer hit the spot, her energy made it even better.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and the pad thai was solid. Service was friendly, nothing over the top, but they got me in and out fast. Also noticed they do takeaway, which is handy if you're nearby. Prices felt fair for the portion. Maybe not the most mind-blowing Thai spot in town, but it hit the spot.

The owner’s a real character, and the food surprised me—way better than the place looks from outside. Nice little local spot.

The food here is consistently good, especially the burgers. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Pre-ordering saved us the wait — that alone made it worth it. Solid lunch spot, food was filling and came out quick. Staff seemed nice enough.

The pork knuckle was the reason I came. Crispy skin, tender meat, proper mustard on the side. That's it. Nothing fancy, just done right. Portion is generous too. I'd skip the sides and just get that.

Sitting outside here on a sunny afternoon is pretty nice. You get the skyline view and it feels like a little green escape from the city. Had a beer and just chilled for a bit. Service was fine, nothing special, but the vibe made up for it. Good spot if you want a relaxed break.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the injera combo, hit the spot. Owner’s friendly, said hi and made sure I had everything. Place was busy but food came out fast. Solid spot if you need a quick bite around here.

Food was solid, pasta done right. Place got a nice vibe, not too loud. Service fine, nothing crazy. Bit of a drive but I'd come back.
