The sushi’s solid, and that Wednesday deal—20 pieces for half price—is honestly hard to beat. I’ve been a few times now and it’s become my go-to midweek thing. Service is usually fine, but when it’s busy it gets a bit all over the place. Still, worth it for the price. Just maybe go a bit earlier to avoid the rush.

The sushi was spot on, and that mojito paired perfectly with the prawn pasta. A bit noisy inside, but the breeze outside helps.

Sat outside on a warm afternoon, that was the highlight. Steak came out cooked properly, rosé was decent too. Andile looked after us well, no complaints there. Place wasn't too busy which helped. Just a solid spot if you're in the area and want something easy.

We came in with a big group, place was packed. Service still kept up, no long waits for drinks or food. That's not always easy to pull off. Food was decent, nothing fancy, but they handled the crowd well. Good spot if you're with a bunch of people and don't want to be waiting around all night.

The bunny chow here is still solid—fresh bread and that proper Durban curry taste. Portions are big enough to skip lunch before. Ocean view's a nice touch too.

Stopped by for a chocolate croissant and honestly it was still warm. Flaky, buttery, the chocolate actually melted through it. Coffee was decent too. Place has that laid-back beach feel, easy to just sit and chill for a while. Wish I lived closer, honestly.

The burgers here are seriously good—like, I’m still thinking about them days later. The shoestring fries were crispy and salty just right. Service was quick too, which I appreciated since I was starving. Only thing is it got a bit busy around lunch, but that’s probably a good sign. Definitely my new spot for a burger fix. 🍔

The flat white here was properly made, not too hot, good crema. I sat by the window and just watched the sea for a while, no rush. Pastry was fine, flaky enough. Service was friendly, didn't hover. Only thing is the seats are a bit hard after an hour, but that's minor. I'd come back for the coffee alone.

The veggie patty was solid, but when I asked about the vegan burger they had on the menu, the staff seemed totally lost. Ended up just going with the regular one. Fine for a quick bite, nothing crazy.

Came for breakfast and really liked the vibe inside. Cozy seating, easy to relax. Food was fresh and nicely plated. Only thing is it looks out at the parking lot, but that didn't bother me much.

Buffet spread was solid — lots of curries, chutneys, and fresh rotis coming out hot. The whole place has that old colonial vibe, right by the sea. Bit pricey for what it is, but you leave full. Worth it if you're in the area.

Ethan knew his stuff when we asked about wine pairing—suggested a lighter red that worked perfectly with the grilled fish. Lunch crowd was thin, so we got the quiet corner table. Food came out quick and hot. Only hiccup was the bread basket arrived late, but honestly didn't care by then. Solid spot if you're after a relaxed midday meal with decent pours. 🍷

Been coming here for a while now. Place stays clean, staff are friendly enough. Outdoor seating's decent when the weather cooperates. Food's pretty good too, nothing fancy but consistent. Only thing is it can get a bit busy around lunch, but that's expected. Fine spot for a regular meal.

The detox juices are really fresh and well made, the green one especially. Prices are a bit steep for the portion size though. Service was friendly enough.

The lamb chops were the highlight. Properly charred, still juicy inside, that smoky flavour coming through. Butter chicken was decent too, rich but not overly sweet. Buffet had plenty of curry options, though I didn't bother with much else. Dessert table looked good but I was too full to care. Would go back just for those chops.

Service was spot on even though it was super busy. Our food came out looking great and cooked just right. The free popcorn was a cute little extra too 🍿

The sirloin came out exactly medium rare and that white wine sauce really worked. Baked potato on the side was solid. Just wish the place wasn't so loud.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and ended up staying longer than planned. The pork ribs are R120 and honestly that’s a solid deal—portion was big enough that I couldn’t finish. Beer came properly ice cold too. Place gets a bit noisy later on, but it’s fine if you’re not in a rush.

Came for lunch and tried the grilled linefish. The manager actually took time to explain the menu, which was nice. Fish was fresh, cooked just right. Portion felt a bit small for the price though. Place was quiet when I visited, easy to get a table.

Stopped in for dinner and the place feels calmer now, decor’s a big upgrade. Had the grilled fish, cooked just right, flaky and moist. Their margarita packed a proper punch, not too sweet, which I appreciate. Service was a bit slow mid-meal, but the drink made up for it. Solid spot if you’re after a relaxed evening.

The staff set up a floor bed for our exhausted 3-year-old without us even asking. That alone made the whole visit worth it. We actually got to finish our desserts and coffee while she slept. Rare to feel this welcome with kids.

Good honest food, lovely setting. Escargot starter was a winner, seafood platter too. Service on point. Just found the seating a bit tight on one side.

Lovely spot right by the ocean. We grabbed a veggie pizza and it was fresh, really nice base. Just had to wait a bit for a table, but the vibe made up for it.

Food was solid but the sides were a bit hit or miss. Staff were super friendly though, made it easy to hang around with friends after we finished eating. 😊

We popped in on a quiet Tuesday, so the place wasn't hectic. Our waiter was brilliant, really on top of the wine list and suggested a great Pinotage that paired nicely with the lamb. But then he vanished and someone else took over, and we had to chase him for the bill. Food was decent, though a bit steep for the portion sizes. Wouldn't rush back, but that first glass was a highlight.

Service was quick and friendly, no complaints there. Food was decent but the peppermint crisp dessert fell flat. Fine for a fast lunch stop if you're in a rush.

Right on the beachfront, can't beat the location. Grilled prawns and the crayfish starter were solid. Cocktails did the job. Service was a bit slow but nothing crazy.

Service was proper warm and friendly. They kept checking in without hovering, which I appreciated. Even on a cooler day they made sure we were comfortable. Food did its job too, nothing fancy but solid. Place has that easy vibe where you don't feel rushed. Wouldn't mind stopping by again if I'm in the area.
