The waiter actually knew his wines and picked a solid Pinotage to go with the springbok. Service was spot on, no hovering. Owner even dropped us at the hotel when the cab never showed. That kind of personal touch you don't forget.

Lovely green setting inside the estate, really peaceful. Seafood risotto was the standout. Prices a bit steep though.

The steak and Cajun prawn nachos were solid, and the affogato hit the spot. Portion sizes felt fair for what you pay. Just wish the ice cream sandwich biscuits weren't so flat.

Stopped by for brunch and the place has a nice vibe. Staff were friendly and didn’t keep us waiting. Menu’s got enough variety that everyone found something. I had the eggs benedict—decent, nothing mind-blowing but solid. Slightly on the pricier side for what it is, but fine for a casual catch-up. Wouldn’t mind coming back.

Nontuthuko really knows how to make you feel looked after — she helped me pick something I actually wanted, not just the usual safe option. Food came out fresh and hot, no waiting around. Place has a nice hum to it, busy but not chaotic. Left feeling properly fed and in a good mood.

Macarons were spot on, crispy outside and chewy inside. Ice cream flavors were anything but ordinary.

The seating area is really comfortable, like you can actually sit and chill without feeling rushed. I ordered a custom drink and they were totally fine with it. Food portions were decent too. Just note the wait can be a bit long, but the calm vibe makes up for it.

The owners clearly put effort into this place. Ribs and tempura prawns were solid, food's been consistent each time I've gone. Decent spot for a casual meal.

Dolly sorted everything for our daughter’s birthday without us even asking – even got the kids ice cream and joined in the singing. Nice touch. I had the lamb shank with a glass of pinotage, and honestly the wine list had a few solid South African picks that paired well. Place was busy but we never felt rushed.

Dinner right by the shark tank was so cool—food was fresh, service solid. Definitely book ahead for a tank-side table though. 🦈

The pasta was solid and the wine pairing worked really well — the focaccia stole the show though. Staff left me alone to enjoy my glass, which I appreciated.

The manager came over to check on us and sorted out a small mix-up before we even asked. Really appreciated that kind of attention.

Stopped in for a quick dinner and honestly the food was fresh — you can tell they don’t cut corners. Had the grilled fish and it came out juicy, not overcooked. Service was there when I needed it but didn’t hover. Place was pretty chill for a weeknight. Wouldn’t mind going back to try more of the menu.

Food’s still great and the owner genuinely cares about the place. Just be ready to wait a bit when it’s packed. Worth it though.

Service was quick and friendly, no complaints there. Got my food fast, which I appreciated since I was starving. Portion size was decent for the price, though I've seen bigger elsewhere. Not bad for a casual stop if you're in the area and hungry. Wouldn't go out of my way for it, but it does the job.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Food was solid, well-prepared. Server James kept the coffee coming without me having to ask. Place hasn't slipped since my last visit a few years back. That consistency counts for something.

Came for the ocean view and honestly the setting alone did most of the work. Warm inside, staff were friendly without hovering. Tried one of the daily specials — fresh and well put together. A bit pricey if you go all out, but fine if you stick to simpler plates. Would come back for the view again.

The 1/4 chicken with macho peas was solid — peri-peri had good heat, meat stayed juicy. Service was quick for a busy evening. Fine if you're after something casual near the office.

Had a decent meal here while on holiday. Service was friendly enough, place had a relaxed vibe. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

Great vibe here, especially at night when it turns into more of a hangout spot. Sushi was solid and the cocktails hit the spot. Thubelihle looked after us well.

The balcony view right by the lighthouse is hard to beat. Cocktails were good and the staff really looked after us. Pricey, but worth it for the setting.

Chicken was solid, but they messed up my sauce order. Wedges saved the meal though. Decent spot if you're in the area.

The hot chocolate with fresh cream was the highlight — thick, not too sweet, exactly what I needed on a rainy night. Staff were quick and friendly, didn’t feel rushed at all. Place had a calm, easy vibe. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but honestly, I’d still take it.

Stopped by for the spicy chicken — still hits the spot. Staff were friendly, no fuss. Place was quiet when I went, which was nice. Not mind-blowing, but solid if you're nearby and want something quick.

Lovely spot, really spacious and chill. Food came out fresh and looked great. Staff were friendly too. Just wish they'd check on you a bit more often.

Staff handled our table well, even with the kids being fussy. Didn’t feel rushed, which was nice. Food came out hot and the portions were decent for the price. Place was a bit noisy but that’s expected for a family spot. Solid option if you’re in the area and need something reliable.

The pork pasta was creamy and cooked just right. Drinks looked great too. Staff were friendly enough. Solid spot if you're in the area.
