Friendly staff, nice little spot. We stopped in for their chocolate cake and it was good, a bit sweet for my taste but the texture was spot on. Just a simple, pleasant place for a coffee and a slice.

The veggie breakfast was a decent size for the price. Had the tofu scramble and avocado toast, both were filling. Portions are generous, didn't leave hungry. Good to see a proper plant-based fry-up that doesn't cost a fortune.

Been coming here for years, and the nihari is the reason. That slow-cooked richness, the depth of flavour... it's always spot on. The kulcha it comes with is just right for soaking it all up. Never lets me down.

The team here is so nice, they made us feel right at home. On our first visit they gave us a little extra treat, which was a lovely touch. That kind of welcome keeps us coming back.

The garlicky aubergine starter was spot on - not too heavy, perfect for sharing with the table.

Friendly staff, no fuss when I knocked over a glass. Just sorted it out quickly and got on with the evening. Nice vibe.

The flavours in each dish were so thoughtful. You can tell they really care about the ingredients.

The karak tea here is spot on - just the right strength and spice. Really enjoyed it with the generous portions. The background music was a nice touch too. Good value for a casual meal.

Stopped by for a healthy breakfast. The porridge was the highlight for me – you could really taste the freshness of the oats, and the honey had a lovely natural flavour. The cinnamon was a nice touch. Just what I was after.

Decided to try this place on a whim. The portion sizes are huge for the price – my plate was absolutely loaded. You can easily leave stuffed without spending more than £15.

The mee goreng was spot on, and the portion was generous. What really stood out was the service—our server was so friendly and even proactively offered boxes for our leftovers. A really nice touch.

The Sultan breakfast platter is huge and satisfying. A glass of their fresh orange juice was the perfect pairing for it.

The chicken is halal, and it's cooked just right. Juicy, with a nice char on the outside. The lamb had good flavour too, not gamey at all. That's what I come for.

The sukiyaki was good, beef was nicely marbled. But the portion felt a bit small for the price, especially the grilled prawns. Udon texture was spot on though. Left still thinking about the value.

Service was spot on. Waitress suggested the best value option without pushing, and timed our sweet dishes perfectly.

A decent little spot, gets quite packed on weekends so booking ahead is wise. The wait was pretty short when we went, which was fine. Food came out quickly.

Loved the vibe here! The African decor is so beautiful and makes the whole place feel so cosy and relaxed. It's exactly the kind of spot you want for a long, lazy catch-up with friends. We ended up staying for ages just chatting.

I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun!

The service and food in Lucretia is always high quality. The fish was cooked to perfection by and the service was attentive but not overbearing

Tried the red velvet cheesecake on a whim. It was actually really good, not too sweet and the texture was spot on. For the price, a solid choice.

Found this spot after shopping. The tonkotsu ramen was so rich and warming, just what I needed. The chicken gyoza were spot on too. A lovely little break.

Food was very tasty, especially salmon tacos. I had a feeling to return next day to order them again. Had to move my booking 30 minutes before it to a later time without any problems. After ordering only 1 main for 2 people, as steak portion was big for me alone, waiter returned with offer of complimentary side. Seemed nice if my partner didn’t joke about reason for that - us being poor students and not able to afford dining. It left mixed feelings. During table cleaning sauce dish was overturned leaving sauce stain on the table where after was put the bill. Minor thing on the way of brilliant kitchen work. I will happily return to try more.

The staff are lovely, really take time to chat. Food's good quality and the prices are fair. Delivery was quick when I ordered last week.

Been coming here for years. The BLT and chicken panini are solid, always hits the spot. Fresh OJ is a nice touch. Might try a dessert next time, they look decent.

Vegan sausage roll was a nice surprise, really tasty. The hot drink options are decent, but I prefer the cold ones on a warm day like this. Solid spot for a quick bite.

First time here, went with the sharing platter. Good way to try a few things. Portions are decent, two of us couldn't finish it. Service was prompt.

The staff were really nice, especially with our little one. His food came out super fast, which was a lifesaver. Just a chill spot for a family meal.

The all-glass front is lovely for natural light. Coffee was good, service quick. Seating area is a bit small though.
