Lovely spot by the canal, had a drink in the garden on a sunny afternoon. The outside bar area is a nice touch, made for a really chilled vibe. Just what I needed.

The interactive darts with the screens was a fun addition. It made for a pretty good evening out with friends. The boards themselves were decent, though one seemed to have a slight lag.

Saturday afternoon live music is a great vibe. The bar team was on it, kept the drinks flowing and even had a bit of a dance. Good energy.

The Sunday roast was lovely, especially the roast potatoes. They were just right, crispy outside and fluffy inside. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the whole meal feel relaxed and comfortable.

Popped in for a solo lunch, the steak sandwich was spot on. Good value for the location. Quick service, got me in and out.

The refurb is a big improvement, feels fresh now. Menu's got a decent range, even a gluten-free bit. Prices seem fair for what you get, portions looked alright from what I saw at other tables.

Always manage to get a table here, which is a plus. The staff are really funny, had a good laugh with them last time. Makes the whole vibe more relaxed.

Loved the garden area. It's a lovely spot for a sunny afternoon, and they're dog-friendly which is a nice touch. Just a bit of a wait for a table outside.

Good place to catch a game. Multiple screens, so you can follow a few matches at once. Decent beer selection on tap. It got a bit loud later in the evening, but that's expected. Solid for what it is.

Cosy spot, plenty of seats inside and out. Popular but always got a table. Good for a quiet catch-up.

Nice pub with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. The garden is lovely, though the screens for football could be a bit bigger.

Been coming here for years, and the bar service is always spot on. Even when it's packed, they remember my usual and the food arrives quick. That's what keeps me coming back.

Great food and efficient and pleasant service. We got the window seat we requested and had a lovely meal. I'd recommend this venue.

Lovely Sunday lunch spot! The roast was spot on, crispy potatoes and a really good gravy. Nice relaxed vibe in the dining room too. Already thinking about coming back.

The loaded fries with chicken were good. Staff even threw in some extra cheese sauce for free, which was cool.

The back garden is a proper sun trap. Had a pint there in January, and it was genuinely pleasant. Good spot for a quiet drink.

Been coming here for years, and their soya biryani is the reason. It's always consistent, never greasy, with that perfect mix of spices. The chilli soya on the side is a must. Honestly, it's the one dish I keep coming back for.

Portions are definitely generous. The sea trout was perfectly cooked, and the Thai fishcakes were so flavourful. We were absolutely stuffed afterwards!

Cosy little pub, perfect for a cold night. The fire was lit and it just felt so welcoming. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Cod and prawn sizzler was great. Hot, tasty, and a good portion for lunch. Got a box for the leftovers, no fuss.

We came for a quiet dinner. The steak was cooked just right, lean and tender. The staff were really lovely and attentive, which made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy. A comfortable spot for a good meal.

The fish and chips were spot on, and the cider went down a treat. It does get packed, but that just adds to the buzz. Really good for a catch-up with mates, even if you have to wait a bit for a table.

The atmosphere at Miller & Carter is perfect for a special occasion. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our evening feel truly special.

Great spot by the river. Really appreciate how fresh the ingredients are in their salads. The tables are a bit small though.

Nice spot by the canal. Had a glass of wine and the charcuterie board. The staff were really friendly and chatty, which was nice. A good place to unwind after a long day.

The food's the main draw. Tried the fish and chips, the batter was crisp and not greasy at all. The chips were proper thick-cut. It's just good, straightforward pub grub done right.

Great spot for a quick bite. Grabbed a steak and a pint outside. Perfect for a summer evening. Service was quick, which is all I need on a lunch break. The steak was decent. Would pop in again.

Lovely shaded beer garden, perfect for a sunny afternoon. They even brought water bowls for our dogs! Staff were super friendly and managed to seat our group of eight straight away.
