The tarte flamb&eacute;e here caught me off guard, in a good way. Thin, crispy, just the right amount of toppings. I grabbed a spot by the window and it felt cozy, not pretentious. Tea list is solid too, though I wish they had one more herbal option. Would come back if I&#39;m in the area again.

The cakes were pretty good and the courtyard seating is a nice spot to relax. Service was friendly too. Just wish they had a bit more variety on the menu.

A family run place in a small town just a few kilometres from the highway. Great food, big portions. Go there on Wednesday and you can cherish the best ribs ever! The Harzer Steak was also fabulous. Plus a big glass of fantastic, German beer :) It&#39;s really worth to drive a bit away from the highway, where no decent food can be bought,-)

Came here on a Tuesday night, place was packed but got a seat quick. Had the Leberk&auml;se with fried potatoes and salad. Honestly, that was proper home-style cooking. Prices are fair for the portion you get. Not fancy, but you don&#39;t need fancy when it tastes like this. Will be back when I&#39;m in the area.
