The wifi was fast and the place stayed quiet enough to focus. Soup hit the spot too—simple but fresh. Good spot for a workday.

The set menu with wine pairing is the way to go. Beef and the chocolate ice cream were the standout courses for me. Place was busy but had a good vibe. Courtyard came in handy since we had a stroller with us. Creative menu, decent portions.

Steak was cooked properly and the gin list is solid. Place looks great inside, staff knew their stuff. Bit pricey for the area, but you get what you pay for.

The pizza dough was fantastic—soft, fluffy, just the right chew. Staff were friendly too. Only downside: we waited a bit since we didn't have a reservation. Place was packed, so that says something.

The steak with Mediterranean veggies was pretty solid. Kaiserschmarrn came out massive though, honestly could feed three people. Service was friendly enough. Place sits in a quiet spot, which I liked. Just wish the steak had a bit more seasoning, but overall decent stop.

The pork knuckle was the star of the night. Crispy skin, tender meat. We were eight people and everyone seemed happy with their plates. Apple strudel for dessert hit the spot. Place has that classic Bavarian buzz, a bit loud but it fits the vibe. Just wish the service was a touch quicker.

Menu’s small but the food’s really good. Just expect a bit of a wait when it’s packed—only one guy serving everyone. Fine for a casual catch-up though 🙂

The lime-coriander rice really is the standout here. I grabbed a burrito bowl during the lunch rush and the staff stayed friendly despite the line. Portion size felt fair for what you pay. Only thing is the seating area is a bit cramped, not the place to linger if you want some space. But for a quick, fresh bite it works.

Solid pub food, nothing fancy. The pumpkin cream soup was really good, creamy and tasty. Portions are huge, almost too much for me.

Food was solid and came out fast. Staff friendly even with my broken German. Just wish the drink glasses were bigger, felt like refills every ten minutes.

Been coming here for a while now. The vegan burger is solid, though the patty's a bit dense and they put regular mayo on it last time. Still, the service keeps me coming back.

Stopped by for dinner on a business trip. Family-run place, food was fresh and the owner came by to recommend a dish. Solid choice if you're in the area and don't want the tourist traps.

Cozy spot, loved the vibe. Food came out fresh and hot, really tasty. Only thing—had to wave someone down for a refill. Place was packed though, so that says something. 😄

Stopped by for a quick dinner with a friend and honestly the pizza was huge 😅 Thin base, lots of toppings, really hit the spot. We ordered one and barely finished it. Service was fast too, which was nice since we were starving. Price felt fair for what you get. Good spot if you're in the area and want something casual.

Small menu but everything we tried was solid. Got the pasta and it came out piping hot, exactly what I needed on a chilly evening. Cozy spot, nothing fancy.

QOMO is a must-visit! The food presentation is excellent, and the overall experience is enhanced by the friendly staff and the amazing view.

The schnitzel was decent, portion size fair for the price. Got there around 6, still noisy but manageable. Paid €18 for the main, felt okay-ish. Not sure I'd rush back for dinner again, maybe lunch is calmer.

The Nashville hot chicken tenders were crispy and juicy, spice level was just right. Got the fries and mac and cheese on the side, both were decent. Place was a bit cramped though, not much room between tables. Food made up for it, but I wouldn't mind a little more space to breathe.

The mixed tapas platter for four and a jug of sangria was a solid deal. Service stayed on top of things even when it got busy.

The pork knuckle was spot on, crispy skin, tender inside. Service was slow though, had to wave someone down for the bill.

The pizza here is the real deal—thin crust, quality toppings, and that classic Neapolitan style you rarely find in Germany. Easily the best I've had in Remscheid.

The chef actually came out and showed us how to fold tortellini — that was pretty cool. Food was solid, though the place got a bit loud later in the evening.

Dining at Setzkasten is not just about the food; it's an event that combines exquisite cuisine with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for special occasions.

The Haus am Rhein offers a stunning view of the Rhine, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening. The food is fantastic, especially the liver, which is tender and perfectly seasoned.

The restaurant food is good and authentic but it was cold in the restaurant, the wine is not to my taste as the reds were very sweet. Overall it was fine.
