Nice spot for a family lunch. The staff handled our big group really well, even with a couple of dietary requests. The food was hot and tasty. I appreciated the wine list – found a decent red that went nicely with the roast.

The cocktails are expertly made, and the service is personable. It's a lovely place for a drink before or after dinner, with an exceptional cheese board.

Been staying here for years, and the rooms are always spotless. They never feel tired or worn out, which is a big deal for me. Everything you need for a night is right there, no fuss. It’s that consistency that keeps me coming back.

The burger was the standout. Juicy patty cooked just right, not dry at all. The bun was soft and held together well. Chips were crispy and properly seasoned. That's what I came for.

Nice to see this pub under new management. The homemade bread was a highlight, really good. Prices are decent too. It's become a reliable spot for a meal when I'm in the area.

Been coming here for years, mainly for the live music. The Dolmen band was on last night, good Celtic tunes. It's a solid local spot for that.

Decent portions, cooked nicely. The staff were friendly and kept an eye on things without hovering. It was a solid, pleasant meal.

Staff were really nice. The Thai curry had that proper kick to it, just like I remember from trips. Fish and chips were decent too, crispy outside. Solid spot for a casual bite.

First time here. The steak was the best I've had, period. Cooked perfectly, incredible flavour. That's all I needed to know. Will be back for that.

Great decaf espresso martini here! The bar staff really knew their stuff. Beer selection looked solid too. A nice, quiet spot for a proper drink after work.

Good spot on the esplanade. The toasted sandwiches are solid, especially the Turning Japanese with its caramelised sauce.

Got a Sunday carvery table without booking, lucky! Portions are huge, the beef and pork were really good. Roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese too. With the senior discount, it's a steal.

Took a group of 9 for Sunday lunch, kids included. Staff handled it well on a busy day. Good amount of space, not cramped like some places. Food portions were generous, decent choice. Parking was straightforward.

Came for lunch before the rugby. The Six Nations special menu had an Italian burger with pizza toppings. Honestly, for the price, the portion was a bit on the small side. It was tasty and cooked well, but I was still a little peckish afterwards.

The gluten-free pasta was a standout. They've got a few vegan choices too, which is nice. The pasta itself had a good texture, not mushy at all. Sauce was simple but flavourful.

Great spot to watch the game! The vibe is lively but not too loud, so you can actually follow the match. Staff were really friendly too.

I grabbed fish and chips from the chippy next door to have with my pint. The crispy batter on the cod was spot on, and it went perfectly with their house lager. A simple, satisfying pairing.

Found this pub while looking for a Sunday roast. It was quiet, which was nice. The roast beef was cooked well, and the pint was good. Service was efficient. A solid option if you're in the area.

The bottomless brunch experience was fantastic! Marcus provided exceptional service, ensuring our drinks were always topped up, and the food prepared by Adam was delicious. Highly recommend this place for a fun outing!

Perfect for a quick bite before the game. Just round the corner from the stadium. Food arrives fast, beer's always cold. Exactly what you need.

Organised a business lunch here. The team handled everything from planning to execution smoothly. Staff were efficient, kept things moving, and our guests were well looked after. A very professional operation.

Service was on point. Our order for four came out together and fast. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Staff are genuinely lovely, and the cocktails are great. I do think the prices are a bit steep for the portion sizes, though. You're paying more for the vibe than the food.

Booked the upstairs for a birthday do. The owner was really helpful sorting the space for us. Cocktails were spot on, and the room looked lovely. Made for a nice evening.

Great spot for live music. The vibe is just right, not too loud. They have a good selection of craft ales, which was a nice surprise. A solid choice for a relaxed evening out.

The food was served hot, and the play area kept the kids happy. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The garden is so pretty now! 🍃 Perfect for catching up with friends over a glass of wine. The new owners have really made it feel cosy and inviting. We stayed for ages just chatting.
