Ann provided outstanding service during our visit, ensuring everything was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious, making us eager to return.

Stumbled upon this place on a walk. The ham and cheese omelette was decent – fluffy and the cheese was nicely gooey. Chips and peas were fine. Good value for the price.

What an absolute gem! Fantastic food and such a lovely place too. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing - chicken terrine for him and Poached hake with a pea mousse, salt and vinegar gel, warm tartar sauce, potato scraps for me. Amazing! Both had the beef cheeks and risotto-delicious - Slow cooked beef cheek, risotto milanese, bone marrow butter and parsley Pudding if Arctic roll with lemon curd and white chocolate for him and Pistachio and Tahini Babka with Pistachio Ice Cream for me.Love red wine too

A lovely spot for a late breakfast. I really appreciated the variety of vegan and veggie options on the menu. The coffee was good, and the staff were very kind. The whole meal came to under £10, which felt reasonable.

My go-to for a quick coffee break. The brew is always hot, never bitter. Gets busy at lunch so sometimes a short wait to order. Still, a solid spot for a fast caffeine fix.

Danielle was brilliant, so attentive. We mentioned it to Sarah, the manager.

Loved the vibe here. The decor is so stylish and funky, loads of little details to take in. It just feels relaxed and lively at the same time. A really nice spot for a laid-back meal.

Been coming here for years, and the food always feels like home. That lamb stew with the soft potatoes? Just like my mum used to make. It’s the one thing I keep coming back for.

The beef cheek was the standout. Fork-tender, slow-cooked for hours. The rich, savoury sauce had a deep, almost sticky consistency that clung to the meat. A very satisfying main course.

Been coming here for years, and the smashed avo toast is the one thing I always order. It’s just consistently good—creamy avocado, perfectly toasted sourdough, a nice pinch of salt. Never lets me down.

Came here for a quiet dinner. The mixed shawarma plate was the highlight for me—the chicken was incredibly tender and the salad greens tasted so fresh. The staff were very friendly, which was a nice touch. A solid spot for a simple, healthy-ish meal.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Burger was juicy and cooked just right. Staff kept things moving even when it got busy. Got my order in and out fast.

Food was really good, and the owners are just lovely people. Super friendly, always checking if you need anything. They're doing a great job here.

The coffee was a solid cup. Rich, dark roast, not bitter at all. Just the right strength for a morning pick-me-up. The staff were nice, but honestly, I'm just here for the brew.

This place is tucked away just off the station, really chill. I love how they serve loose-leaf tea and the eggs are always spot on. The whole vibe is just so relaxed, you can sit for ages.

Staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome. Service was spot on - they checked in at the right times without hovering. Perfect for a quick, pleasant lunch.

Adam and Steve were so welcoming. The vibe is relaxed, which I liked. Menu's straightforward but has options. My only note: the wine list felt a bit limited for the style of food. Still, a nice spot for a casual meal.

Lovely spot tucked away in the trees, with a view of the park and the aviary. It's a really peaceful place to just sit and relax. Their brunch menu has some nice options beyond the standard cakes.

Been coming here for years, and the staff always remember my usual order. That kind of consistency keeps me coming back.

The Christmas pastries were a nice touch, but I found the portion sizes a bit small for the price.

The staff were so kind and thoughtful. My little one got a free cheese scone, which was a really nice gesture. It was a simple thing, but it made the whole lunch feel a bit more special.

The carnitas tacos were the highlight for me. The pork tasted so fresh, and the seasoning was just right – not too heavy. Really appreciated the simple, quality ingredients. A nice little spot for a satisfying meal.

The spicy tomato and black bean on ciabatta was the special today. Really good, full of flavour. Cakes are always a treat here too. It's the consistency that keeps me coming back.

The waffles were really good, crispy edges and fluffy inside. I liked the fresh fruit on top. The cafe itself has a nice, relaxed vibe - big windows and comfy seats, good for a quiet morning.

Always come here for breakfast in Winton. The full English is spot on, proper sausages and black pudding. Just a solid, no-fuss feed. Gets busy on weekends, mind.

Second seating area is much better. More space, clean and tidy. Good spot to chill with a coffee.

The carrot cake was a real treat - super moist with a generous layer of cream cheese frosting. The chocolate tart was a bit too rich for me, but still nice. A lovely spot for a sweet treat!

Been coming here for years now. The vibe is just right for a lazy lunch, you can sit for ages and watch the street. That's the main reason I keep coming back.
