Came for brunch with a group. The waiter was really nice about our toddler, even brought over a little colouring sheet. Made the whole thing a lot less stressful. Coffee was good too.

Peaceful spot right across from the sea. Solid coffee. Staff were friendly and got it right. Clean little place. Good for a quiet moment.

The scones were warm and buttery, just right. The clotted cream was thick and the jam had a nice fruitiness to it. A solid cream tea. The china was a nice touch, felt proper.

Loved the riverside seating here! Perfect for catching up with friends. The vintage interior is cute too. Just a heads up, some of the umbrellas were broken, so we had to move tables to get some shade on a sunny day.

Lovely sunny terrace overlooking the sea. The fritto misto was the highlight for me—the seafood tasted incredibly fresh and the batter was light, not greasy at all. A really nice, simple lunch.

Lovely staff, really friendly and not at all rushed. The vibe was just right for a long catch-up with my mates - we didn't feel hurried at all. Food was good, too.

The Sunday roast is the one to get. The beef was cooked just right, and the plate was absolutely loaded with everything. Hot and hearty. The apple and rhubarb crumble afterwards was a nice touch.

Nice spot for a family lunch. The staff handled our big group really well, even with a couple of dietary requests. The food was hot and tasty. I appreciated the wine list – found a decent red that went nicely with the roast.

Been coming here for years. The staff are always so friendly, and they never mind our dog tagging along.

Grabbed a takeaway coffee here. The barista was so lovely, really took her time to make it just right. Perfect for a quick catch-up with a mate before we headed off.

Despite a long wait for our food, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the friendly staff and the delicious meals we eventually received.

Cozy spot with decent food and friendly staff. The pasta was pretty good, though a bit on the smaller side for the price. A pleasant evening.

Stumbled upon this place by chance. The vibe is so cosy, perfect for a catch-up with friends. Had the vegan burger, and honestly, it was way better than expected! Didn't miss the meat at all. A nice spot for a relaxed meal.

The hot chocolate was spot on after a brisk walk. The mini mince pie was fresh and really hit the spot.

Breakfast was solid. The full English is well-priced for the area, and the coffee was hot and quick. Service was efficient, which is what I need before a meeting. Probably the best value I've found in Southampton.

Nice spot for a coffee break in the square. The outdoor seating is just right for people-watching on a sunny afternoon. Had a simple sandwich, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. A solid choice when you're already in the area.

First time here with friends. The food was really good and staff were friendly. Left with a good impression.

The matcha cake was good, not too sweet. The place is quiet and convenient for a quick coffee meeting. Service was efficient.

The little garden out back is what really got me. It's so quirky and full of character, with all these mismatched plants and vintage bits. Perfect spot to enjoy a flat white and just zone out for a bit. Really adds to the cozy vibe.

The karaage focaccia with kimchi and hollandaise was spot on. Coffee was good too.

The new decor is bright and retro, but I miss the old layout with more armchairs.

The avocado and halloumi on sourdough was the star. The halloumi had a perfect sear, salty and squeaky, and the avocado was creamy but not mushy. It all sat on a thick, tangy slice of sourdough that held up well. Just a really solid, tasty plate.
