This is one of my favorite restaurants in Braga. My favorite dish is the folhado do pato which comes out excellent every time. My dad got the soup of the day and a fish dish and he really enjoyed both. He enjoyed a glass of wine and I enjoyed the sangria (frutos vermelhos). We had enough room left to each get a chocolate mouse dessert as well. The restaurant has a small but cozy interior with old charm. They also have outdoor seating available. The service is always friendly. I don't speak Portuguese well, but they still put up with me each time I visit. ;-) I highly recommend Colher d'Pau!!

The roast kid goat was genuinely good—tender, not gamey, with that smoky edge you don't get everywhere. I paired it with a glass of their house red, which worked nicely. Service was attentive without hovering. The owner stopped by to chat, which felt personal. Place was calm for a weekend, so we lingered longer than planned.

Food was solid, home-cooked style. Service friendly enough. Watch out for the extra charges though, feels a bit touristy. Still, the meal itself made up for it.

The 'Naco na Pedra' steak on hot stone was solid, meat quality consistent. Fun interactive way to eat.

Daily special was solid — €7.50 for soup, chicken, drink and coffee. Chorizo on the side was a nice touch. Service quick, plenty of room inside.

Grabbed a quick bite here during lunch rush. Food came out fast, exactly what I needed. Had the grilled chicken plate, pretty solid. Place was busy but they kept things moving. Not the cheapest spot in the area, but you get what you pay for. Would stop by again if I'm nearby and short on time.

Sushi was decent and the takeaway menu is fairly priced. Staff were friendly enough. Just keep in mind it's cash only.

The owner was there himself, working the oven the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about what comes out of it. Prices are fair, drinks especially. Place has a good vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Pizza came out hot, crust had that nice char. Just wish they had a bit more seating, it got crowded fast.

This restaurant is definitely Michelin star worthy! The combination of exquisite cuisine, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a top choice for anyone looking for a gourmet experience in Braga.

Sushi takeout spot in Braga that actually hits the spot 🍣 fish tasted fresh and rolls were put together nicely. Street parking was a bit of a hunt but we managed. Good enough for a casual catch-up with friends.

Been coming here for years. The bacalhau is always solid, never disappoints. Homemade pudding still tastes the same as the first time. Fair prices for what you get.

The basement with Roman ruins is pretty cool, and the place has been around since 1792. Food was tasty, waitress spoke perfect English.

The duck was really good. They carved it at the table and the skin was crispy, just how I like it. I asked about the ingredients and the waiter took time to explain everything. Nice place for a relaxed dinner. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price.

€60 for the menu, food was really good. Place was spotless too. Staff friendly enough. Solid pick if you're in the area.

The eggplant parmesan was spot on—crispy where it should be, not drowning in sauce. Staff knew their wine pairings too.

Came for the chicken after reading about it—honestly, it was good, juicy and well seasoned. The steak though? A bit dry, wouldn't order it again. Place is small and decorated with SC Braga stuff, which is cool if you're into that. No AC, so we were sweating a bit. Prices are fair for what you get, but I'd stick to the chicken.

Nice spot for a quick bite. The francesinha was solid, not the best I've had but good enough. Prices are fair for what you get. Service was fast too.

Loved the terrace here — perfect for tapas and people-watching. Staff were quick even though it was busy. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger.

Try the Tabua. You would easily pay 30 euros at a restaurant for that.. and here with the discount it is 9 euros. Crazy!

We went for dinner and the owner came out to explain the menu in English, which was nice. Beef skewers and the chocolate mousse were the best things we had. Small plates meant we could try a bunch of stuff. Two bottles of wine plus five dishes, €49 total. That price felt right for what we got.

The passion fruit sangria was really good, cold and not too sweet. Cookie cake for dessert hit the spot too. Place was busy but we got a table quick enough. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Took a takeaway and honestly it was so fresh, really tasty for the price. Staff were nice even when I was rushing out. Would grab again if I'm nearby. 😊

Been coming here for a while now, and the lasagna keeps pulling me back. Had it again last night, still as good as the first time. Chef came by to say hi, which was a nice touch. Pizza's solid too, but that lasagna is the reason I keep showing up.

The restaurant is very beautiful and the food is tasty. For the price, is a good experience overall.Cannot say is a quiet place, but it is not too noisy either.I recommend the Tomahawk Steak for 2 people, its very tasty.

The daily veggie plate here was solid, not fancy but well done. Got a free tea with it too, which was a nice surprise. Prices are fair for what you get.
