The veggie tacos and fajitas were a hit with our group, and the service stayed friendly even when it got busy. Nice spot for a casual dinner.

Beautiful restaurante with delicious food. The variety of the carte was large enough for everyone tastes. The staff was very nice.It has parking what is extremely important because in the area sometimes is difficult to find a space.

Amazing food, everything delicious and interesting. Staff were great and made us feel really welcome. A thoroughly enjoyable evening. A great last night in Porto.

We had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant! The risotto was superb, cooked to perfection with an incredible blend of flavors. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. The restaurant itself had a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning for more risotto and tiramisu indulgence! Highly recommend!

Best beefsteak I’ve had in a long timeCharming old school style with wonderful viewsNext time I’ll take a data there and book a suite at the Hotel

So glad we found this lovely little tapas bar and restaurant. The food was amazing, the local green wine was very nice, and we were given a warm welcome by the friendly and attentive staff.

Tiny spot, maybe 20 seats max. Cash only, so come prepared. Got there right at opening on Saturday and it filled up fast. Food's simple but done right. Price is fair for Porto. Quick in and out, which is what I needed.

Been coming here for years and the vibe never changes - that old-school charm keeps me coming back. Codfish was okay, could use more salt, but the tiramisu hit the spot like always.

Dinner ran a bit high but the fish was solid. Fresh, cooked right. Probably better value at lunch though. Good spot if you're okay paying a little more for quality.

The half chicken and ribs combo is a solid deal, and the sides were fresh. Place was packed with locals, so expect a bit of a wait. Worth it for the price though.

The set menu's a solid deal — €15 for appetizer, main, dessert, coffee and wine. Fish was pretty good, though the meat came out a bit dry. Portions are generous.

We had a wonderful dinner at Ar de Rio, a terrace bar restaurant in a glasshouse by the Douro River in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. The restaurant has both indoors and outdoors seating and offers amazing views of Ribeira, Porto old town. The restaurant specialises in western food, offering mainly steaks and francesinha, a Portuguese sandwich originated from Porto. We ordered grilled fish instead as we preferred seafood. The main dishes came with salad and either rice or potatoes. The food was palatable and reasonably priced too.

The grilled fish was really fresh, not overdone at all. I liked that they didn't drown it in sauce, just simple seasoning. We stopped by for a late lunch, pretty quiet inside. Portion felt right for the price. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Came here with a couple of friends after someone recommended it. The pork was super thick and tasty, honestly the highlight for me. They even grow potatoes outside which I thought was cool. Dessert was homemade pudding, so good. Place is a bit rustic but that’s the charm I guess. Would come back if I’m in the area again 😊

Stopped by for a quick bite and a beer. Sandwiches are decent for the price, nothing fancy but hits the spot. Service was quick even though it was pretty busy. Sat outside, which was nice. Only thing is the seating is a bit cramped, but for a casual spot it's fine. I'd come back if I'm in the area and want something easy.

The inside is way nicer than the outside makes you think. Big, modern, and it was packed at lunch. We just had the chicken with chips and salad, a glass of wine and coffee for two. Came to €30 which felt fair for what we got.

The rice and beans with cod fritters hit the spot. Red vinho verde was a nice touch too. Quick service, no fuss. Solid spot for a lunch break.

Tried the veggie francesinha here after being let down by a few spots in Porto. Finally one that actually tastes like something. Sauce had good depth, not just tomato paste. Bread held up, cheese was properly melted. Portion was decent for the price. Place was busy but service didn't drag. Would go back for sure.

The fish soup was the star. Deep, rich flavor, proper homemade taste. Baked octopus came out tender, not rubbery at all. Didn't pay much attention to anything else around me. Place gets packed on weekends though, so you might wait a bit. But honestly, for that soup alone, I'd deal with it.

Roberto knows his stuff—let him pick your wine, he pairs it better than most sommeliers. Butter chicken had that nice sweet kick, though the spice level was a bit tame for me. Solid spot.

We almost walked past it, small place, no fancy signs. So glad we didn't. The food was proper homemade, big portions, I couldn't finish mine. The lady running it was lovely, made us feel right at home. Just a heads up, they only take cash, so come prepared. Definitely going back.

Coffee’s solid, no complaints there. Desserts sell out fast, which says enough. Place is big inside, so you can actually find a seat at lunch rush. Prices fair for what you get. Not fancy, but it does the job when you need a quick bite and a caffeine fix.

Been here a few times, once for à la carte and once for takeaway. Food’s solid, wine list is decent too. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. Good spot if you’re with a group and don’t want to overthink it. Service was fine, no complaints.

The service was genuinely good — attentive without hovering. Food came out looking really nice too, properly plated. But honestly the space itself stood out to me, clean lines, tasteful decor, and the background music was at just the right volume. Easy to have a conversation. Only thing is the seats are a bit hard after an hour, but I'd still come back.

The stuffed crab was good, no complaints there. But the John Dory with roe stew really got me—never had anything like it. Price was fair for what you get, especially for that area. Portion could be a bit bigger but I left satisfied. Would come back for that stew again.

Came on a local's tip and the mixed seafood rice was the star — super hearty, loaded with shrimp and clams. Owner was friendly too. Would go back just for that dish.
