The lemonade and bagels were pretty good—lots of veggie options, which I appreciated. Service was friendly enough. Space is narrow and a bit drafty, so better for a quick bite than hanging around.

The porchetta panini was the real deal—crispy skin, juicy meat, just enough salt. Had it with a cappuccino after the museum. Cake looked good too but I was full. Terrace view of the square is nice if you care about that sort of thing. Coffee was solid, not bitter. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but the sandwich made it worth it.

Service was decent but painfully slow — we sat ages between courses and chasing the bill took forever. The waiter meant well though. A nice Riesling helped pass the time.

The newspaper menu is a fun idea but kinda awkward to handle. Blueberry ginger lemonade was the standout—really interesting for a non-alcoholic drink. Food was decent, service fine even when busy.

Stopped by for breakfast and the staff actually remembered my order from last time. Asked if they could swap the bacon for extra mushrooms — no problem at all. Place was pretty calm around 9am, not too busy. My dog got some water without me even asking. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The Würzfleisch here was actually really good. I wasn’t expecting that from a café, but it was rich and had a nice kick to it. The seating was comfortable too, which I always appreciate. Service was friendly, nothing too pushy. Just a solid spot to grab a warm meal without any fuss. Maybe a little slow at first, but fine overall.

The coffee was good and those Spreewald pancakes hit the spot. Staff were friendly, didn't rush us at all. Nice spot to just sit and unwind for a bit.

Came in right before closing and they were still super friendly about it. The cappuccino had that nice strong aroma, and I liked that they had a proper tea selection too. Ended up grabbing some of their roasted beans for home. Pretty solid stop if you're in the area.

The balcony upstairs is a nice spot to watch the old town below. Apple strudel was solid, though the cheesecake stole the show. Coffee was fine, nothing special.

Stopped by for coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned. The mocha was really good, and the view of Altmarkt is perfect for people-watching. Sat by the window with a friend, just chatting for like two hours. Service was chill, not rushing us at all. Only thing, it got a bit crowded later. Still a nice find 👍

Came for the buttermilk blueberry tart. Light, fluffy, not too sweet. Coffee went well with it. Homemade cakes are the real deal. Place was a bit busy but fine.

Lovely little café right on the market square. The smell of fresh coffee hits you the second you walk in. Seats are a bit cramped but the vibe is nice. ☕

The pumpkin latte was a nice surprise—soft coffee aroma, good cream, a little cinnamon. Cozy spot, but weekend afternoons are way too crowded.

The raspberry ice cream here is seriously good. Tastes like real fruit, not that fake sugary stuff. I only tried the one scoop, so can't speak for the rest. Place sits right on the Havel, but I wasn't there for the scenery. It was busy, took a while to get my order. Fine by me, the ice cream did the talking.
