A lovely French place by the water. I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients in my salad and the grilled fish. The vegetables tasted like they were just picked. A nice, light meal for a seaside lunch.

Found this place after a meeting nearby. The croissants are properly laminated, and the quiche had a good balance of filling to pastry. It's what you'd expect from a serious bakery. Prices are fair for the quality.

2-for-£11 deal, perfect for a quick pint. Drinks are strong, got a bit tipsy fast. Sat outside, music was good, not too loud. Staff were friendly. Solid spot.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always spot on. Griselda remembered my usual order this time, which was a nice touch. That kind of consistency keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years, their fried chicken is always spot on. Tender, never greasy. The Asian buffalo sauce is a nice twist.

Came back twice for the meze tapas during our Brighton trip. The homemade lemonade was a real find too – so fresh and not overly sweet. Just a lovely, relaxed spot.

Been meaning to try their Sunday roast for ages. The pork belly was spot on, really tender. Portions are generous, couldn't finish it all. Service was quick and efficient.

Been coming here for years, and the food is always fresh. That's the main thing for me. You can taste it in the greens, the fish... everything just feels clean and proper. It's why I keep coming back.

The full English was exactly what I needed before a day out. The cafe itself is simple and bright, with those big windows letting in all the morning sun. Really nice spot just a few minutes from the station.

Sarah was our server, really knew her stuff and made the whole thing easy. Great chat too. Food was spot on, and I'm not even vegetarian. Found a proper good one here.

Been coming here for years. Their wine list is always solid, and the vibe is just right for a quiet night out. It's the one place I know I can count on for that.

The garlic bread and chorizo croquettes had that proper Spanish taste. Sangria's good too.

Flat white was spot on, creamy and not too hot. Aircon was a lifesaver on a muggy day. Sat by the window for an hour, just perfect.

Dog-friendly, which is a big plus for us. The vibe is warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. Had the Sunday roast, it was solid. A bit pricey for what it was, but you're paying for the atmosphere I suppose.

The beer-battered halloumi with chipotle BBQ sauce was a fun share! Perfect for a casual catch-up with mates. We ordered a couple of those small plates to start, and they were a good talking point. The vibe here is just right for a relaxed group hang.

Came with a big group and the set menu worked a treat. Everything felt really fresh – the scallop starter was a standout. They handled our table of ten without a hitch.

Julia's service was spot on, really made the evening. Food's decent for the price.

The staff are lovely, and ordering was a breeze. Food's always hot and fresh, and being so close to the station is a real plus.

Love the vibe here, especially on a Sunday evening. The live jazz is just the right volume for a chat. The decor feels genuinely unique, not like a chain. A bit pricey for a pint, but you're paying for the setting.

This restaurant offers great value for money. The staff were professional and engaging, and the food was amazing, making it a perfect spot for family outings.

The veggie lunch box was a solid choice, and those samosas were fantastic – had to grab a few more for later. Prices are really fair across the board. Their house red was a pleasant surprise, actually worked nicely with the spices.

A lovely neighbourhood spot. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed. It's nice to know the ingredients are local, too.

Came for a midweek dinner. The space is lovely - high ceilings, soft lighting, warm wood tones. Felt relaxed the moment we sat down. Food was good, service was fine, but it's the atmosphere that stays with you. A nice spot to unwind.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up trying their cannoli. The lady working solo was so lovely, chatting with everyone while she worked. The cannoli filling was spot on, not too sweet. A really nice little find.

Nice quiet spot, and they've got a ramp and accessible loo which is thoughtful. Parking was fine nearby. Decent for a relaxed meal out.

The staff really knew their stuff. Our server explained the wine pairings for each course without being pushy, and the timing between dishes was spot on. Made the whole evening flow nicely.

The food looked like art, seriously. Each plate was so pretty I almost didn't want to touch it. Tasted just as good as it looked, too.

The Heritage set menu was a good deal. The chicken skewers were nicely charred. What really made it for me was the wine pairing suggestion from the server – a crisp white that cut through the richness of the fish cake perfectly. A thoughtful touch.

The vibe here is just right for a quiet dinner. Really liked the low lighting and the comfy booths. Their wine list is pretty extensive too, had a lovely glass of Pinot Noir.

Been coming here for my morning coffee lately. Staff already know my usual order, which is a nice touch. Just a solid spot to start the day.
