Nice big beer garden, and the kids' play area kept the little ones happy. We could relax with a pint while they ran around. Perfect for a sunny afternoon with the family.

Loved the beer garden out back! It’s such a cosy, sheltered spot. We spent a whole sunny afternoon there with a group of friends, just chatting and relaxing. Really nice for a casual catch-up.

Popped in for a late brunch with a friend. The spinach frittata was so light and fluffy, perfect for a casual catch-up. My flat white was a bit on the bitter side, but hers was fine. Good spot for a relaxed chat.

Been coming here for years, and the fact they're always dog-friendly is a big part of why. Our pup gets a bowl of water without us even asking. It's just a reliable place where he can chill under the table while we have a pint.

The savoury pies are spot on every time. But I've had a couple of fruit pies where the filling was a bit too runny. If you're after a specific one, maybe give them a ring before you head over later on.

The milkshake was the best part. Thick, cold, and not too sweet. Everything else was fine, but that's what I'll remember.

Price was fair for what you get. Had the steak frites, cooked just right. Service was quick too. No complaints.

The guacamole was so fresh, and the pibil pork burrito had this amazing smoky flavour. But the best part? The staff were so lovely and chatty, it made our catch-up feel really relaxed. Great spot for a casual dinner with mates.

Booked a breakfast for a catch-up with friends. The poached eggs were spot on, and the coffee was just right. Easy to book online, and the staff were really friendly. A good spot for a relaxed morning chat.

George was so kind to let us finish our meal despite a later booking. The ingredients tasted wonderfully fresh.

Coffee's definitely better than most around here. The mocha was a real treat, not too sweet. But at £4.50 for a regular, I did have to think twice before ordering. It's a bit of a splurge for a quick cup.

The full English breakfast was cooked just right, not greasy. Good portion for the price. The staff were really friendly and attentive, which made for a relaxed morning.

The owner came by our table to check on things, which was a nice touch. You can tell they really care about making sure everyone's comfortable. The staff are all genuinely friendly, it makes a difference.

The portions here are huge, especially for the price. My steak was cooked just right, and the chips were proper hand-cut. You can tell they don't skimp on the ingredients. Honestly, it's hard to find that kind of value these days. Left feeling very full and satisfied.

Greek night special was solid. The bacon and brie ciabatta is my go-to for a quick lunch. Always get my order fast, which is key for me. A reliable spot when you're in a hurry.

The staff were so lovely even though it was packed! They double-checked my nut allergy without me having to ask, which was a relief. Really appreciated that attention to detail.

Booked a last-minute table with friends, and the staff were so nice about it! The onion bhaji was super crispy, and the curry had so many different flavours. Really good spot for a casual catch-up.

Cycled here with a group and they squeezed our bikes in, no fuss. The back garden was lovely for a catch-up. Service was spot on, and the food was really good for the price. A solid find for a casual hangout.

The takeaway was still piping hot when I got home. You can really taste the care in the flavours. A nice surprise for a Friday night in.

The beer garden is a nice spot, especially when it's sunny. A decent place to sit with a reasonably priced pint. It did get a bit busy later on, but overall it was fine.

Popped in for the theme night set menu. Three courses for £20, the soup was proper homemade. Felt like a proper meal, left absolutely stuffed.

The onion bhaji starter is huge, definitely enough to share. Came out steaming hot, which was nice on a chilly evening. Good portion sizes all round.

Perfect for a post-beach walk bite with friends. They even have dog sausages so no one gets left out!

The biriyani was spot on - the rice had a lovely texture and the spice mix was just right. Maybe a bit heavy on the turmeric for me, but still a really nice dish. Keen to come back and explore the rest of the menu!

The fish and chips are always spot on. The batter is so light and crisp, just how I like it. The chips are proper thick-cut and never feel oily. A solid choice.
