Love popping in here for a Sunday roast with friends. It's always so hearty and filling, perfect for a lazy weekend catch-up. The beef was spot on this time. Such a cosy spot for a group.

Lovely rustic pub, perfect for catching up with friends. The outdoor seating was a nice touch on a sunny day!

Great for a big group dinner. The team sorted everything for our booking, really helpful. The buffet had a good selection, everyone seemed to enjoy it. A couple of dishes were a bit lukewarm by the time we got to them, but overall it worked well for the occasion.

Walked in and it’s like a proper Texas ranch. So many little details in the decor, really feels like a movie set. Just a cool spot to grab a beer.

The Sunday roast beef here is the main event. Properly pink in the middle, crispy roasties, and a Yorkshire pudding that didn't sag under the gravy. That's what I come for.

The Sunday buffet is such a treat. The spread is huge, and everything felt fresh. Really lovely, relaxed vibe in there. Just a great way to spend an afternoon.

Tom was super nice to us and our dog. He made sure we had everything we needed without being over the top. Just a really good vibe from the team here.

The lamb jalfrezi here is spot on. Came out steaming hot, really generous portion too. The rogan josh was just as good, perfectly cooked. Can't fault it on that front.

Been coming here for years. The food is always piping hot and full of flavour, just like the first time.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. The takeaway sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Had mine in the courtyard with a pot of tea - service was prompt. Good for a business meeting nearby.

They really love dogs here. Our pup got a bowl of water and a treat without us even asking. Staff were super chill about it. Made our quick lunch feel a bit nicer.

The portions are huge for the price. The lamb curry was rich and tender, the spices were spot on. Could have used a bit more heat for my taste, but the flavour was deep.

Decent Sunday roast, especially for Brighton prices. The place is tiny though, so it can get a bit cramped. Staff were on it, friendly and quick even when it was busy.

Love that this cafe is tucked away in the park! Perfect spot to catch up with friends. We sat outside under the parasols. The salmon and avocado on sourdough was huge, really hit the spot.

The portions are huge here, especially the pasta dishes. We shared a couple of mains between three and still had leftovers to take home. For the price, you really get a lot of food.

We were a big group after a hike, and the staff (James, Tyler, Charlie) were so on it. They handled everything without a fuss. The food and pints were spot on, but the service really made it. No stress at all.

Stopped in on a hot afternoon for a pint. Four well-kept bitters on hand pump, plus a solid lager selection. A proper pub, busy with locals and visitors. Exactly what you want on a sunny day.

The wine list is solid, but the food was just okay.

The kids' meals were surprisingly fresh - they even ate all the veggies! Great to see proper ingredients for little ones.

Portions are huge for the price. Good deal around here.
