Came back two nights in a row, mostly because the staff were so friendly. Really genuine, not just doing their job. Made the whole dinner feel easy and relaxed.

The Caesar salad was fresh and properly dressed, not overdrenched like so many places do. Prices felt fair for Norway, which is saying something. I appreciated that the seating was comfortable enough to just sit and eat without feeling rushed. Service was friendly but not hovering. A decent spot if you want a simple meal without any fuss.

Stopped here after skiing and grabbed a beer on the terrace. The view over the fjord is honestly the main reason to come. Staff were friendly, nothing too fancy. Prices are a bit steep, but you're paying for the scenery. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and honestly, the pizza portion caught me off guard—in a good way. Got a non-alcoholic beer too, which was a nice surprise. Service was friendly and fast. Prices are what you'd expect in Norway, nothing crazy. It's a chain, but this one feels a bit more laid-back. Solid spot if you're nearby and want something easy.

The goulash soup was proper hearty, and the fries were actually crispy, not soggy. Beer had a decent discount too, so the bill felt lighter than I expected. Ended up going back the next day just for that soup again. Portion size was fair for what you pay, nothing fancy but solid.

Big portions, decent price. Got the fried rice and some dumplings, plenty for two people. Tasted fresh, not greasy like some places. Honestly for the amount of food you get, it's a solid deal. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Solid lunch stop. Goulash soup was exactly what I needed on a cold day. Pizza was good too. They're still careful about COVID stuff, which I appreciate.

The sweet and sour pork here is the best I've had in Norway. Service was quick, staff friendly. Nothing fancy, but solid if you're nearby.

Good coffee and decent pastries. The hot chocolate with cream hit the spot on a cold day. Seats by the window were comfy enough to stay a while.

Pizza was solid, crispy crust, and the view from the big windows over Geilo is hard to beat. Service friendly enough, but it got pretty busy and we waited a bit. Still, sitting there watching the town while eating was nice. Good spot if you're in the area and want something easy.

Stopped by for a late lunch and the place has that proper cozy pub feel. Staff were friendly, checked in on us a couple times without hovering. Had the fish and chips—batter was crisp, not greasy. Only thing is it got a bit loud when the after-work crowd came in. Fine if you're not in a rush to chat.

Stopped by for a relaxed dinner and went for the traditional platter. Solid cooking, nothing fussy. The wine list is short but decent—our bottle paired nicely with the lamb. Service was friendly, though we did wait a bit between courses. Fine for a low-key evening if you're not in a rush.

Pizza was solid and the vibe outside was nice, even if it got a bit tight later. Fine spot for a beer after a movie. 🍕

The bowling part was actually fun, but the food felt way overpriced for what you got. We waited a while for someone to take our order too. The whole place has this dark, moody lighting that fits the vibe, but the chairs near the lanes were not comfortable at all. I'd come back for the games, not really for eating.

Solid burger, cooked properly and juicy. Sweet fries were a decent side. Quick stop, no complaints. Would come back if in the area.

The pizzas here are seriously big. Like, share-with-the-whole-table big. I got the classic pepperoni and the dough was so light, not heavy at all. Toppings were generous too. The little dipping sauce on the side was a nice touch, added a bit of tang. Just wish the crust had a bit more char, but that's me being picky. Good spot for a casual bite.

The Christmas menu was a mixed bag—rakfisk was great, but the lutefisk felt too jelly-like. Service was nice, just a bit rough around the edges.

The terrace is nice in summer, right by the river. Steaks were solid, cooked how I asked. Service friendly enough, nothing fancy. Prices fair for what you get. I'd sit outside again if the weather holds.

The pistachio gelato was really good—creamy but not too heavy. I tried the lemon sorbet too, it tasted like actual fruit, not just sugar. Staff let me sample a few before deciding, which I appreciated. Place is small, you might have to stand outside if it's busy. Fine for a quick stop though.

Been coming here for years, always stop by before catching the train. The cinnamon bun is still as good as the first time I tried it. Hot chocolate is solid too, not too sweet. Place gets busy but the line moves fast. Just wish they had more seating, but I guess that's part of the charm.

The salmon bowl was fresh and the greens actually tasted crisp. Dinner menu has better options than lunch. Service was a bit slow but the sunset view made up for it. 🌿

The onion soup was the highlight — rich and properly done. French vibe feels genuine without trying too hard. Staff were friendly enough.

The sushi here is genuinely good. Fish was super fresh, the kind that just falls apart in your mouth. Ginger tasted freshly cut, not that dried-out stuff. Rice was close to perfect, maybe slightly warm which I liked. I'm picky about sushi rice and they got it right. Not the cheapest place but you can tell where the money goes.

The sushi rice had that nice tangy balance, and the chef took time to walk us through the menu in English. Pairing it with a cold sake worked well.

Been coming here for years now. Food's still solid, service stays friendly. Place hasn't changed much, which I actually like. Not fancy at all, but it's got that old-school comfort. Good spot when you want a relaxed dinner with friends.

The salmon tartare and club sandwich were really good—fresh and full of flavor. Portions were decent too, we left feeling nicely full. Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday, and it had a nice relaxed vibe for hanging out. Wouldn’t mind going back to try more off the menu 😊

Stopped by around 6, place was pretty empty. Got the strawberry daiquiri, that thing was solid. Music a bit loud for my taste, but whatever. Bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. Quick stop, no complaints.

Christmas plate was solid. Three kinds of pork, ribs, patty, sausages, potatoes, cabbage. Hearty. Left completely stuffed. Maybe too much food honestly. But that's what you want for Christmas dinner.
