Stumbled upon this place during a walk. The menu's got a lot to choose from, which was nice. Everything we had tasted properly homemade. The scones were particularly decent. It did get a bit busy later on, but a solid spot for a quiet coffee.

The coffee is pretty good here, and I like the choice of beans. It's a comfortable spot to work, with plenty of charging points. It can get a bit busy, but that's fine.

Busy lunch spot, but the queue moves fast. Got a decent chicken sandwich and a coffee in under 10 minutes. Seating is easy to find, which is a plus. Good for a quick bite.

Tom and Lily were great, really made the birthday lunch feel nice. Food was tasty, came out quick which I needed. Good spot for a quick bite.

Decent coffee, and I like how they open the front windows on a sunny day. Good for watching the street.

The pistachio croissant was the star for me. Perfectly flaky, with a generous, not-too-sweet filling. The lemon drizzle cake was good, moist and tangy. Good to see unsweetened soya milk on offer too.

The place is spotless, even the loos have a changing table. Music was nice and low. Just a really well-kept spot, you can tell they care about the details.

Had our wedding here, and the team was so helpful from start to finish. Made everything feel easy for us and our guests.

A lovely, tucked-away spot in Burnham. The atmosphere is so cozy and calm. I had the mushroom toast, which was very nice. The staff were friendly and not at all rushed, which made for a very relaxed lunch. A real find.

Lovely cakes and coffee, the rhubarb and orange cake was a real treat. The seats were quite comfortable, which made for a relaxing stop.

Nice spot by the river. Staff were really friendly—they even suggested another place for lunch when they'd run out of savoury stuff.

Popped in for coffee and a slice of Hungarian cake. The vegan goulash was a nice surprise, really hit the spot. Owner's super friendly, service is relaxed but they're on it. Good little find.

Cozy little spot with a few tables inside. The staff were really friendly, which made it a pleasant stop for a quick lunch.

Stopped by for a coffee and ended up with the blueberry and white chocolate sponge. The mascarpone cream was really nice, homemade and not too sweet. Good spot for a slice and a drink.

Best coffee in Cardiff, hands down. Quick and friendly service too. Perfect for a fast morning pick-me-up.

The feta and thyme wrap was the standout. The feta was creamy and salty, which worked really well with the fresh, herby thyme. The wrap itself was warm and soft, not dry at all. That's the kind of simple combination I look for.

Stopped in for the full English. The place has this lovely, relaxed vibe - big windows, comfy booths, and it wasn't too loud even when busy. Perfect for a quiet solo breakfast. The fry-up itself was spot on and very reasonably priced.

Loved the cakes here, they're not overly sweet at all. Perfect for a little catch-up with friends over coffee. We shared a slice of the lemon drizzle and it was just right.

Lovely spot for a coffee break at Insole Court. The outdoor seating is perfect on a sunny day. Had a slice of their lemon drizzle cake - really moist and just the right amount of tang. ☀️

Been coming here for years, and the breakfasts are always spot on. The eggs are cooked just right every single time, and the bacon is never greasy. It’s the one thing I know I can count on.

Nice spot for a coffee and a snack. Sat outside in the sun, which was lovely. The coffee was good, but the pastries were just okay - a bit dry. Still, a pleasant place to sit for a bit.

Nice, bright cafe with loads of space. The staff were super sweet—they even warmed up my toddler's snack without me asking. Coffee's always a solid choice here.

Really buzzing spot, clearly a local favourite. The breakfast was spot on, but the wait after ordering was a bit longer than expected. Their coffee selection is solid though, which helped pass the time nicely.

Good vibes. The coffee was decent, but the real star was the atmosphere. Spent a quiet afternoon working there. Just a really nice spot to chill.

Dog-friendly spot, they gave our pup a bowl of water which was a nice touch. We sat outside, it was a good vibe for a casual lunch. The burger was decent, nothing crazy. A solid place if you're out with your dog.

Nice spot for lunch outside. The open sandwiches were good, fresh local ingredients. Staff were really friendly, checked on us a couple times. A bit pricey for what it was, but a solid meal.

Great selection of cakes. The carrot cake was moist, and they had a solid vegan pecan shortbread. Appreciated the variety for different diets. Enjoyed a strong black coffee with mine, a simple but good pairing.

Service is generally fine here, though I've had a couple of mix-ups with my order. The staff I've spoken to have been pleasant enough.

Coffee's great, and they're really nice to dogs with free treats and water.

The flat white was spot on, really smooth. I liked that they keep the menu simple, lets them focus on getting the drinks right. The space itself is nice, clean and modern, good for just sitting with a coffee.
