I definitely recommend the scallops, the beef short ribs and the creme brulee. The scallops are creative while the short ribs and potatoes are both exquisite in the technique and flavorful. I would return just for the beef and potatoes alone!! My only surprise is how gamey the pork belly was. It didn&#39;t go as well with the pineapple and leek as I had expected.

The Negroni was so well-balanced. I really appreciated how it paired with the food. The ingredients tasted fresh, which is always a plus for me. A nice spot for a mindful drink.
