The chocolate desserts are seriously good here, you can tell they use quality stuff. I came with a couple of friends and we basically just ordered everything chocolate on the menu 😅 Staff was super friendly too, even when we took forever deciding. Only thing is it got a bit busy later in the evening, but honestly worth it for that dessert fix.

Stopped by for a drink and the frozen daiquiri hit the spot. Staff were friendly enough. AC was cranked up which felt great after walking around in the heat. Nothing fancy but it did the job.

Giannis the manager is so welcoming, always remembers my order. I appreciate that they use fresh ingredients here, feels like they actually care about what they serve.

Loved the vibe here. Sitting right on the sand with a drink, watching the waves — that's it. Prices felt fair for what you get. Service was friendly too.

The grilled sea bream with wild greens was spot on. Fresh, flaky, not overdone. Tyrokafteri had a nice kick too, and the squid was light, not greasy. Sitting by the water made it better. Prices seemed fair for what you get. Just busy when we left, but that’s fine.

Drove out here on a friend’s tip and honestly the grouper orzo risotto was the reason. Creamy, fresh, properly seasoned. One of those dishes you keep thinking about after. Place was calm for a weekday lunch, no smoke inside which is rare in Athens. Service was fine, nothing fancy, but the food did the talking.

The staff were super friendly and patient, that part was great. My curry rice noodles though? Kind of bland, no real flavor. Made-to-order is a nice touch but the food didn't quite match.

The vintage decor gives it a nice vibe, and the place is spotless. Chicken kalamaki pita was solid, too. Staff seemed genuinely friendly.

The staff were so sweet with our kids, even brought us a little dessert and mastic at the end. Food was good, portions generous. Just wish the seating area was a bit more comfortable.

Decent pub right in Artemida. Good beer list and the staff were friendly. Cozy inside, not your typical seaside place. Pretty good stop.

Beetroot salad was the standout. Simple, balanced, not trying too hard. Place is small, easy to walk past. Fine if you want something quiet.

The crispy octopus salad was the highlight for me—perfectly grilled, not rubbery at all. Staff were friendly and actually helpful when I asked about the day's catch. Cozy little spot in Athens, easy to miss from the street. Sushi was decent, though the rolls felt a bit pricey for what you get. I'd come back for that octopus though.

Stopped by for a coffee near Gardenia Square—solid spot. Their homemade lemonade caught my eye, though I wished they had a wine option to pair with it. Nice enough for a quick break.

Selected for Must-Visit Restaurants in Athens

The bibimbap was tasty and the miso soup warmed me right up. Liked that the gochujang came on the side.

Solid French spot that's kept its quality. Had the steak, cooked exactly as asked. Wine pairing matched well, nothing fancy but done right.

Been coming here for a while now. The Balinese fried rice is still the best I've had in Greece, hands down. Asked for my fried egg well done again this time, and they remembered without me having to repeat it. That consistency is why I keep coming back. Place gets busy around dinner, but it's worth it.

The owner actually remembers me after my second visit, which caught me off guard. I've been back three times in three weeks now. Coffee's solid, and their cakes are consistently good. The pistachio one was my favorite so far. Nice little spot to just sit and watch people go by.

The grilled meats were spot on and the fries tasted fresh, not frozen. Live music gave the place a nice vibe without being too loud.

We sat outside in the garden, and the heating kept us comfortable the whole evening. I ordered the grilled fish—it came with a side of greens that actually tasted fresh, not sad and wilted. The festive lights around the patio were a nice touch. Only thing: the bread basket was a bit dry. Still, a solid meal for the price.

Decent spot for a relaxed meal with a view. Valet parking was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly enough. Food was pretty good, though the courses came out a bit unevenly paced.

The covered patio was the move for lunch—shade, light breeze, no rush at all. Service came through quick without hovering. Just a chill spot to sit and eat. Maybe not mind-blowing, but honestly fine for what it was. I’d take that over a stuffy indoor spot any day.

The honey donuts were the highlight for me — warm, sweet, just right. The rest of the food was okay, nothing to write home about. Service was quick but a bit cold, not the friendliest. Still, I left satisfied. The place itself is lively, so if you're after a relaxed dinner, maybe pick a quieter spot. I'd come back just for those donuts, honestly.

Stopped by for a late lunch and honestly the vibe is what got me. Old-school charm, not trying too hard. Portion sizes were decent for the price, which is rare around here. I ordered the moussaka and it filled me up without breaking the bank. Service was friendly too, no complaints. Would come back if I'm in the area again.
