The mussels and octopus were really fresh, you could tell they weren't sitting around. Sat right by the water, which made it feel like a proper Greek summer meal. Service was a bit slow but honestly I didn't mind much, the view made up for it. Would go back for the seafood alone. 🦑

The grilled octopus was the standout. Charred just right, tender inside, not rubbery at all. Had the sea urchin too, fresh and briny. The lemon curd cheesecake pot for dessert was a solid finish. Prices are a bit steep but the fish quality makes up for it.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Grilled meats were solid, nothing fancy but cooked right. The spicy pan-fried pork had a nice kick. Mushrooms with garlic and balsamic were the surprise hit though. Place was a bit busy but service kept up fine. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

The kokoretsi here is really good—probably the best I've tried in a while. Bifteki was solid too. Service was quick, which I appreciated.

Been coming here for a while now, and the terrace still gets me every time. Live music was at a good volume, not blasting over conversation. Food was proper high-class, the kind you actually remember. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but for a night out, I think it's fair. Keeps me coming back.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly left full. Got the pork souvlaki — meat was juicy, not dry at all. Portion size surprised me for what they charge. Place was busy but service didn't drag. Nothing fancy, just solid food. Would go back if I'm in Petroupoli again.

Solid coffee, quick even when the line was out the door. Morning rush and still got my flat white in like two minutes. Nothing fancy inside but honestly that's fine. My go-to when I'm in the area and need a caffeine hit.

The pork knuckle was the highlight. Crispy skin, tender meat, exactly what you want. Village salad with the Kalamata oil worked well as a side. Menu's short but they do it right. No complaints about the food. Service was fine, nothing special but got the job done. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The retro diner vibe here is pretty cool, mixed with a Greek touch. I got the Kayanas plate, tasted good but honestly a bit salty and kinda small for the price. The Brazil freddo coffee was the highlight though. Service was polite, no complaints there. Would come back just for the coffee and the atmosphere.

The bouzoukia music was so loud and lively I could barely hear myself think—but honestly, that’s exactly why I loved it. People were up dancing between tables, plates clinking, someone even threw a flower. The food was decent taverna stuff, nothing fancy, but the energy carried the whole night. Left with my ears ringing and a big smile.

Sat by the window inside, had the lamb chops and a couple of their cocktails. Still good after all these years, that's why I keep coming back. Place gets busy, but the food stays consistent. Nice spot to just watch people walk by, feels a bit like Times Square honestly.

The bacon burger with onion rings was pretty good. Rings were crispy, BBQ sauce had a nice kick. Burger itself was decent, well put together. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Fine for a casual lunch stop.

Stopped in twice while staying near Alimos Marina. Mixed grill plate hit the spot, and the pork gyro was solid. Second visit the staff actually remembered us, which never hurts. Had a Greek white wine with the grill—decent pairing, nothing fancy but it worked. Good spot if you want straightforward classics without fuss.

Stopped by around 9:30 pm since it was close to our hotel. Chicken souvlaki was cooked nicely and the beer came properly cold. Service took a little while that night, but honestly the food made up for it. Comfortable enough spot to just sit and eat without any fuss.

Came here for brunch with the kids while on holiday. Menu’s pretty big, lots of stuff you don’t usually see in Greece. I had the eggs with yogurt sauce—bit too much sauce for me, turned sour after a while. Still ate it all though. Coffee was great. Cakes looked amazing but didn’t try any. Mostly locals, which is always a good sign.

Decent spot for a quick bite in central Athens. The vegan baguette on sesame roll was fresh, caesar salad was fine too. Prices fair for the area.

We came for dinner and I had the sea bass with spinach risotto. Fish was cooked right, not dry. My wife got the chicken fillet with potatoes, that was decent too. Wine list is solid, nothing crazy. Prices are fair for what you get. Place was busy but we didn't wait long. I'd go back if I'm in the area.

The avocado tzatziki with warm bread was such a clever twist. Greek salad was the standout though, honestly the best I’ve had in a while. Fresh, simple, perfect balance. Place has a nice vibe too, nothing overdone. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for the price.

The steak was big and juicy, exactly how I hoped. Service was friendly and quick, which I appreciated. Nice to have a spot so close to the center.

The steak came out exactly how I asked, and that homemade ice cream with preserves at the end was such a nice touch 😊 Perfect little spot to catch up with friends over dinner.

Stopped in without expecting much. Portions are seriously big, got the shrimp pasta and the shrimp were actually meaty, not those tiny sad ones. They even tweaked a dish for my daughter’s allergy without making a fuss. Price felt fair for what you get. Place was a bit noisy but whatever. Solid stop.

Stopped by for an early dinner and grabbed a kebab — honestly, that thing was huge. Meat was juicy, not dry at all. Place was clean too, which I always notice. The owner came by to check if everything was okay, which felt nice. Would probably come back if I'm in the area again.

The homemade pasta was really good, especially the tagliatelle. Service friendly, place cozy but a bit tight. Prices fair for what you get.

The chicken kebab was simple but really tasty, and the price felt fair. Place was full of locals, which I always take as a good sign. Nothing fancy, just solid food done right. I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.
