Great spot to base yourself for exploring the coast. The village feels genuinely local, not too touristy. Really liked the authentic vibe here.

The truffle and prosciutto pizza was solid, and honestly the portion was bigger than I expected for the price. Cocktails were fine too. Good lunch pick if you're in the area.

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. Got the grilled chicken plate — came out fast, still hot. Portion was solid for what you pay. Staff didn't hover, just checked if I needed anything else. Fine spot if you're in a hurry and want something decent.

Nice selection of local beers and cider. The bartender was friendly and helped me pick one. Good spot if you're in the area.

Stopped here after a walk by the harbour and honestly the grilled octopus was the move. Super tender, not chewy at all. The stuffed calamari was pretty great too. Service felt really genuine, like they actually wanted you to enjoy the food. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but that’s probably a good sign. Would come back for that octopus again 🐙

The cocktails were well made and the hookah stayed fresh for a long time. Ended up staying longer than planned since the service was so attentive.

Been coming here for years and the octopus is still spot on. Chef even came out to say hi again. Tzatziki's solid too. Place just feels right.

Good spot to catch a game with mates. Pool table and darts keep it busy, not too fancy but does the job. Drinks are reasonably priced for the area.

Stopped by for a cold brew and a Freddo Espresso. Coffee was solid, no complaints there. Place gets busy later in the evening, seems like the spot to be. Staff were friendly enough. Sat outside for a bit, watched people walk by. Fine for a quick break, nothing fancy.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and bite before the beach. Staff were friendly enough, prices fair for being this close to the water. Everything’s available to go, which made it easy. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. 👍

Nice little place right in the middle of Georgioupolis. Sat down for a drink, service was friendly enough. Nothing fancy but fine for a quick stop.

Stopped by for a quick dinner in Platanias and honestly the pizza crust was the highlight—chewy, charred just right. Wine list is decent too, nothing fancy but pairs well. Place gets a bit busy later, so we grabbed a table early. Fine for a casual night out.

They remember my usual drink every single time. Asked them to put on a match and they switched it over without a fuss. That kind of personal touch is hard to find.

Stopped by for a game and a beer. Staff actually remembered me from last time, which never happens. Place has that proper local bar feel, nothing fancy but you don't need it. Good spot to just switch off for a bit.

Stopped here before catching the ferry and honestly didn’t expect much, but the buffet had so many options. Coffee was solid too. The view though — that’s the real winner. Could’ve sat there all afternoon. Place was super clean, which I always appreciate. 😊

Came for the cocktails, stayed for the vibe. The staff were friendly and even brought out some free snacks and a shot. Prices felt fair for what you get. Drinks were pretty good, though the place got a bit loud later on. Still, a decent spot to unwind.

The avocado toast was really good—fresh bread, nice ripe avocado. I had the zucchini omelet too, eggs were light, not oily at all. Staff let me take my time with the menu, which I appreciated. Didn't try the desserts, but they looked tempting. Maybe next time I'll have room.

The homemade pizza here is pretty good—they make it fresh right in front of you. Burgers were decent too, probably one of the better ones we had in Crete. Relaxed spot, nothing fancy, but fine for a casual meal. Just wish they had a bit more seating outside.

Decent spot for a quick drink, cocktails are solid. Food's hit or miss though, wouldn't come here hungry. 🍸

Frozen passion margarita hit the spot. They let me try the apple one too. Nice spot to grab a drink and watch the boats. Service was quick enough.

The mojito was spot on, and the local beer hit the spot after a long day. Service was chill too, not hovering over us every five minutes. Honestly, that’s the kind of vibe you want when you’re catching up with friends. Just wish the music was a little louder, but it didn’t ruin the mood. 😊

Stumbled onto this place after reading about its history. Cocktails were solid and didn't break the bank, which is rare around here. The playlist was on point too. Only downside is the size—it fills up fast and gets cramped. Show up early or you're standing. I'd go back for another drink, just not on a weekend.
