The room was comfy and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee. After 9 PM, it got really quiet, which was lovely for a peaceful night.

Spacious and bright, with a modern feel. The atmosphere is just right—not too loud, not too quiet. A really pleasant spot to just sit with a drink and let the afternoon slip by.

The staff were really thoughtful, especially with our dietary needs. Kids' meals arrived first, which was a big help. The fish and chips were solid, and they had a decent ale selection that went well with it. A proper pub experience.

Food's honest and tasty, portions are generous for the price. Had the vegan curry, really hit the spot. No fuss, just good.

Been back a few times this week. They really know how to keep their cask ales here—proper temperature, perfect pour. The food's hearty, no skimping on the portions. A solid local.

The pad thai is cooked fresh right in front of you, which is a nice touch. The green curry had such authentic, layered flavours.

Teena and the team were so friendly and attentive. It really made the whole visit feel relaxed and easy. Just the right amount of personal touch without being overbearing.

Love that this buffet has its own vibe - not your usual chain spot. The live wok station is a proper highlight, you can watch them cook it fresh. Got a bit crowded later on, but that just adds to the lively feel.

The pizza here is homemade and so tasty! A bit pricier than other spots nearby, but perfect for a casual catch-up with friends. 🍕

Service was spot on. Emily in particular was really friendly and helpful with the menu choices, which made ordering a breeze. Just a nice, easy vibe from the team.

Bottomless brunch was a solid deal. The 90 minutes flew by, we got through a good few drinks. Service was on point, never had to wait for a top-up.

Popped in for the lunch deal, solid value. Had the fish and chips, cooked fresh. The real highlight was their house ale—really complemented the meal. Staff were friendly, helpful. Grabbed that big window table, perfect for people-watching.

The old bank building is gorgeous. High ceilings, elegant details. I just sat there for ages soaking it all in. A lovely place to be.

Service here really stood out. The staff were so on it, genuinely helpful without hovering. Felt like they knew the menu inside out. A real asset to the place.

Been coming here for years, it's my go-to after shopping. The burger night is a solid deal, good portion and tastes like they use proper beef. Gets a bit loud when it's busy, but that's fine.

The vegan options were impressive, and while the garlic bread was a highlight, I hope to see more vegan desserts on the menu in the future.

The attitude of the staff, all most helpful and amenable to someone suffering with mobility problems.Always enjoy my visits to Toby, Chaddesden.

Been coming here for years, and what keeps me coming back is how reliable the staff is. They handled our wedding reception planning with such care, everything just flowed on the day. You can really trust them to get it right.

The beer selection is solid, plenty of real ales and lagers. Quality's always on point, which is what keeps me coming back. Just wish they'd rotate the taps a bit more often, feels a bit samey after a while.

The prawn puri was a nice start. But the pistachio king prawn curry was the star. I asked for it extra hot, and they delivered. That sweet, creamy sauce with the serious chilli kick was just right. Really hit the spot.

Been coming here for years. The food's always fresh and cooked just right, flavours are spot on. That's what keeps me coming back.
