In Dazhou!! A collection of food I checked in when I went home during the holidays (no ads) I took advantage of the holiday to go back to Dazhou! Although the place is not big, there are indeed many delicious foods haha. It really made me eat a lot. Today, let’s take stock of some of the food I ate when I went home this time! P2-4: Haifuzi BBQ Food Stall I ate the first crayfish meal of this summer when I went home! The shrimps were good in size and the meat was tender. The stir-fried bullfrog also had a very delicate taste! P5-6: Bazhong Baiyi Fish Restaurant It is a treasure fish restaurant that I found near Baiyi Ancient Town with my parents. The taste is more homely, and I mainly recommend their fish, which has been visited by CCTV! The fish meat is freshly killed and cooked! I strongly recommend steamed fish, which is very unique and a new way to try eating fish. P7: Mom's specialty home-cooked dish - spicy chicken! My favorite hahahaha P8: It's the chicken feet that mom's good friend soaked for me! It's not inferior to the ones sold in the store at all! These two dishes are my special ones for May Day haha ​​I love going home so much P9: Dazhou's special crispy meat casserole rice noodles! I won't mention the name of the store haha! Because the rice noodles in Dazhou are very thin, really any crispy meat casserole is delicious! The thin rice noodles are especially tasty when cooked! P10-11: Maizi Maiwei Bakery and Dessert Shop It's a local bakery chain in Dazhou! It's an old brand that can be seen everywhere in Dazhou (I used to see Maixiang Village haha). I strongly recommend their soft toast, ice bread, sandwiches, pearl egg tarts and mochi. Don't worry, it's delicious and you won't make mistakes! P12: Qiqing Frog Fish Head The largest frog fish head chain in Dazhou! In the past few years in Chengdu, I haven't found a frog fish that can surpass the taste of this one! It has been open for more than ten years! P13: I ate Tieshan Baba Hotpot I also drove to check in to experience Baba Hotpot, but I don't recommend this hotpot restaurant. The location is relatively remote and the price of the dishes is slightly inconsistent with its environment. If you really want to eat hotpot in Dazhou, I still recommend Little Swan or Tianyuan Hotpot.
