The six of us went to the hot pot restaurant on the first floor. The manager on the first floor said that this was Chinese food and we had to go to the second floor. The six of us were traveling by car, so we were very tired when we arrived at the cooperation, so we didn't want to eat out and order food. When we got to the second floor, they said there were no seats and we had to go to the third floor. Then, no manager knew what this set meal was about, so the six of us sat there stupidly, and no one brought us tea. We just sat there and waited for a long time before they came back to tell us that there was this set meal. I asked the manager to call the supervisor and give an explanation, but there was no follow-up, not even an apology. We went out to play to keep a good mood, but it was speechless to encounter such a thing. This hotel should be a better hotel to cooperate with. I am also convinced by this kind of management and service.
