Every blank and outline made people intoxicated, and fatigue disappeared instantly. Following the winding mountain road, we came to Guanghuo Street, a small but charming town. Entering the town, a street of only about 500 meters is full of fireworks of life. On both sides of the street, shops are scattered, and local specialty shops and farmhouses are adjacent to each other, which is very lively. In front of every household, pickled meat and sausages are hung high, swaying gently in the breeze, exuding bursts of rich and mellow aroma, as if telling the taste of years of precipitation. On the street, several small shops selling fireworks and firecrackers are scattered, rendering a festive and cheerful atmosphere for the quaint town. Every crisp sound of firecrackers seems to add a different kind of vitality to the tranquility of this winter. The food on Guanghuo Street is even more unforgettable. Bacon with steamed buns is definitely a delicacy that cannot be missed. The carefully selected mellow bacon, fat and lean, melts in the mouth, and is perfectly integrated with the soft and wheat-scented steamed buns. Every bite, the rich taste and rich aroma dance on the tip of the tongue, making people aftertaste endlessly. In addition, authentic delicacies such as stir-fried konjac, dried tofu, and Chinese sausages also easily conquer the taste buds of diners with their unique taste and flavor. The smoothness of konjac, the strength of dried tofu, and the salty fragrance of Chinese sausages all highlight the unique charm of southern Shaanxi cuisine. Guanghuo Street in winter has a different kind of tranquility and warmth. On Sunday, my friend asked me to go to the watershed to see the snow, and said he would take us to a delicious farmhouse! It is called "Tu Zao Farmhouse" on Ankang Guanghuo Street. The street is full of specialties such as bacon, konjac, tofu, and rice crust. The store is at the corner of the street. There is free parking in the yard. You can eat indoors and outdoors. The bathroom is clean and doesn't look like a farmhouse (touching!), and there is a very well-behaved Doberman next to it! The specialty is of course bacon. We ordered dipped tofu + cold wild vegetables + bamboo shoots fried bacon + mushrooms fried meat + cucumber preserved egg soup, all of which are seasonal dishes! Tea and paper towels are provided, and there is a stove indoors. The boss said that they mainly stew in iron pots in winter! Every dish was snatched up as soon as it was served. The pot was full of steam, the ingredients were fresh and tasted great👍🏻, the stone-ground tofu was served with a secret spicy dipping sauce, and the bean fragrance went straight to the top of the head. Later, I added a portion of "stir-fried bacon with vegetable moss" because it was not enough. It was a new dish created by us and the boss's wife! The vegetable moss was grown by the boss's sister's family. It was very fresh. The salty fragrance of bacon permeated every vegetable stalk and was super delicious. The firewood rice was really delicious😋, and the portion was very substantial. A vegetarian dish was only 15 yuan, and five dishes and one soup cost a total of 160 yuan. After eating and drinking enough and basking in the sun, we continued to set off!
