The first stop in Pujiang, choose this old brand. I came here to eat when I came in 2013. I heard that it has been in Pujiang for many years. The area near the Confucian Temple is being demolished. I was very nervous when I walked along Dabei Street, worried that this store would also be within the demolition range. It turns out that this is the only store near the Confucian Temple that has not been affected. (See the last picture)

The store is very small, with only three tables. There were four people sitting at ten o&#39;clock in the morning. They were all locals who came to eat noodles.
Sesame sweet water noodles, 7 yuan, are dry noodles. Unlike Chengdu, they have a lot of sesame seeds and more seasonings. Chengdu&#39;s sweet water noodles have a thicker sauce and are wrapped on the noodles, while Pujiang&#39;s are soupy and dipped on the noodles.
