I ordered several of their dishes, and each one left a lasting impression. First up was the baked pig&#39;s trotter with fresh peppercorns. The trotters were perfectly stewed to a tender, melt-in-your-mouth consistency, 🤭 and paired with the fragrant aroma of fresh peppercorns, which whetted my appetite.
