It's so tender and juicy, you can bite into it and it's juicy. The sizzling aroma of fat wafts from afar. You can even choose your doneness; I recommend medium-rare! It's still sizzling on the iron plate when it arrives, making it incredibly appetizing! The staff will help you carve it, so you don't have to worry about any hassles. The accompanying black pepper sauce is just the right amount of flavor, not too salty. We also ordered their signature salad 🥗 and dessert, both beautifully presented! The lava cake is especially delicious! The moment you cut into it and see the molten center is so satisfying! The most surprising thing is how affordable it is! A feast for two people is only a little over 200 yuan, which is a really good deal considering Shenzhen's prices.
