I was passing through Zunyi and found this internet-famous barbecue restaurant near my hotel. The entrance is nestled in the middle of a residential building, and it's quite charming. It's designed with many trendy elements, making it a great place for photos and check-in, especially before dusk, when the lights are on and the old streets and buildings are beautifully lit. 📷📷 Highlights: You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the design. Every corner of the restaurant is perfect for photos, and the use of vibrant colors creates eye-catching, photogenic vibes. Each booth offers a certain degree of privacy, and we were allowed to take out our food. 😂😂 🍀🍀 Food: The sanitation was average, and the pots weren't cleaned properly. It was significantly worse than a nearby mid-range/high-end barbecue restaurant. The ingredients were okay, the meat was delicious, and the dipping sauce was quite good. 🔺🔺 Service: Not bad. They grill the meat for you, but the technique is average. 70 points or so. Overall, the service was quite relaxed, not making you feel uncomfortable but not overly attentive either. I went to Zunyi for barbecue four times a month. Just to name a few, what else can Shao Hong Hong do? They're so good at taking photos and eating that even the food is incredibly photogenic. It feels like you've been transported to a foreign street. Ordering tips: Cloud Cheese Chili Sauce Rice: This was my first time trying it elsewhere, and I was immediately amazed by the rich texture. I definitely ordered it at the Zunyi location! Ten Japanese-Style Egg Soup: Warms the stomach and wards off the cold. A steaming bowl of egg soup in winter is a true winter ritual. Rose Ox Tongue: Even though I'm not a big fan of ox tongue, I was completely captivated by its appearance. I unknowingly tried it. It was so tender and chewy, it truly wowed my taste buds. Ten Black Gold Cuttlefish Chicken Nuggets: A combination of cuttlefish ink and chicken nuggets, they look incredibly dark and are dipped in a secret sauce. This Japanese BBQ restaurant on Shanghai Road is absolutely photogenic! 📷! It's a true masterpiece! It's like stepping into a Hayao Miyazaki 🇯🇵 scene. The street outside is recreated from a Japanese anime. Through the narrow passageway, you'll find a completely different world inside! It's like a maze. They also have tons of figurines. The overall Japanese wood design is stunning, and the private rooms are also amazing! It's hard not to be tempted! A new Zunyi tourist destination. The flavor is amazing, the appearance is beautiful, and it's icy and cool. ✔️Strawberry Bunny Ice Cream: This strawberry ice cream has "ears" on it, and it's super pink and milky, with cereal and crispy treats in the middle. ✔️Cocktails: A girly summer cocktail, beautiful and delicious, but a little too big 😂.
