I couldn't have regretted trying Dai's Mutton Noodles. My friend told me there's a line at this Zunyi Mutton Noodles shop almost every day! Thankfully, the line only took about ten minutes to get us there. We added meat to each bowl. It wasn't a lot of meat, but the quality was excellent, with a good balance of fat and lean meat, and the slices were thick, not too thin.
