The baguette here is always fresh, still warm when I get it. Crust cracks right, inside is soft. That's basically all I need. Owner knows me now, says hi, but honestly I'd come back just for the bread. The weekly special changes things up, tried a few, some hit, some miss. But the baguette alone is worth the trip.

Used their catering for a big staff thing. Food was solid, no complaints. Communication before the event was easy, they got back quick. Everything showed up on time, which is honestly the main thing. Would use them again for sure.

Stopped by for a quick dinner near the station. Adana kebab was properly juicy, good char on the outside. That spicy sauce on the side really worked with the meat. Rice had some flavor to it, not just plain boiled stuff. Portion was decent for the price. Place gets a bit busy around 7, but service kept up fine. Solid if you're in the area and want something simple.

The white beer was a nice touch. Food was solid, nothing crazy. Sitting outside on the boat felt a bit unstable though.

The pork knuckle was the highlight—crispy skin, tender inside, exactly what I needed after a long walk around the city. Portion was generous too. Service took a while to get our drinks, but the food made up for it. Modern vibe inside, not too loud for a Tuesday night.

Nice terrace with Rhine views, solid German food. Service was quick, but smoking nearby bothered me a bit.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the schnitzel and a beer — food came out fast, which I appreciated. Portion was solid for the price. Place has that classic beer hall vibe, a bit loud but that’s part of it. Staff kept my glass topped up until I put the coaster on top. Nice touch. Would grab a bite here again if I’m in the area.

The lighting in here is just right—warm but not dim, makes you want to linger over coffee. Had the salmon, fresh and flaky, no complaints. Service was there when needed, then disappeared. Exactly how I like it. Place had a nice hum of conversation, not deafening. Would sit by the window again.

Stopped by for a drink after checking in. Mojito came out weak on lime and raw sugar—pretty basic for the price. Bar itself is fine, decent spot if you're staying at the hotel. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way for, but it works for a quick one.

The set lunch for €22 is honestly a steal — my fish was cooked just right and looked pretty on the plate. Service was friendly but not hovering. Would come back for that menu again.

The beef dish was spot on—cooked just right and the flavors worked well together. Modern spot, not your typical Brauhaus. Prices are a bit steep for what you get, but I'd come back for that pork again.

Don't be fooled by the outside—the pasta here is seriously good. We grabbed a bottle of Chianti to go with it, worked perfectly. Staff were chill, no rush. Solid spot for a casual dinner.

Sat outside - much livelier than the stuffy interior. Service was quick and had that classic Cologne cheek. Solid traditional dishes, nothing fancy but does the job.

The XXL pork knuckle was huge and really tasty, perfect for two. Cash only though, so come prepared.

The cakes were lovely and the place has this old-fashioned charm you don't see often. Service was attentive. A bit pricey for what you get, but fine for a quiet afternoon.

Came for the Kölsch and pork knuckle — both solid. Skin was crispy, meat tender. Place has that classic Brauhaus feel. Service was friendly too.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and grabbed the burger. Portion was solid for the price, honestly didn't expect that much for under 15 euros. Place had a decent mix of people, not too loud. Staff seemed fine, no complaints. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for a late afternoon snack. The tapas platter did the job—good mix of stuff, nothing felt like an afterthought. Gin list is long, maybe too long if you ask me, but the bartender knew his stuff. Place was quiet when I was there, which I liked. Wouldn't mind coming back for a proper dinner.

Solid traditional German food and beer. My sausages with mash and sauerkraut was a huge plate—could barely finish it. A wheat beer paired nicely with the mustard. Just a bit loud inside.

The pork knuckle was spot on. Crispy skin, tender inside, proper amount of salt. Had it with the potato dumplings and sauerkraut. That combo just works. Portion was big enough that I skipped dessert. Been here a few times now, the kitchen stays consistent. That's mainly what I care about.

Stopped by for brunch after seeing the cathedral. Quiche was solid, salad fresh. Staff helped my friend with the wheelchair without making a fuss — appreciated that. No vegan stuff on the menu, so keep that in mind. Fine for a casual bite.

Stopped by for breakfast and grabbed their gluten-free pancakes — pretty solid, not too dry. Staff spoke English which made ordering way easier for me. Place is small but cozy. Only thing: took a bit to get the food, but I wasn’t in a rush. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

The pisco sour was solid and the ceviche pretty fresh. Place has a nice buzz to it, though service felt a bit all over the place. Fine for a casual catch-up, just don't expect a quiet evening.

Stopped by for dinner on a weekday. Sourdough with whipped butter was the standout—simple but done right. Service was quick and friendly, no fuss. Place was busy but not chaotic. Prices fair for what you get. Would come back if in the area.

Decent spot for a relaxed dinner. Had the tapas and a steak – both were fresh and flavorful. Staff were attentive but not hovering, which I appreciated. Place had a nice, easygoing vibe. Only minor thing: it got a bit noisy later in the evening. Still, pretty good overall for a casual meal.
