Came by for a drink in the lounge. The traditional atmosphere was quite warm and cosy. Service was friendly and quick. A perfectly fine spot for a quiet evening.

Been here a few times with the family. The staff are always polite and keep things spaced out, which is nice. Kids seem happy enough with their meals. It’s a solid, no-fuss place for a weekend dinner.

Ordered the American burger via the app, arrived in 10 minutes. Staff were really friendly and even fixed our wobbly table.

A proper local pub, and the pizza was a nice surprise. The crust was just right, not too doughy. It's a cosy spot with those classic wooden booths, felt relaxed just sitting there with a pint.

The beer list here is solid! Lots on tap and a good bottle selection too. Prices are way better than what I'm used to in the city. Perfect spot for a casual catch-up with mates. 🍻

The barmaid was so helpful, gave us some good tips for our day trip tomorrow. Really made us feel welcome. Nice spot to unwind after a long day.

Finally found a spot that does gluten-free fish and chips right—they even use a separate fryer. The fish was fresh and crispy. Had a nice local lager with it, which cut through the richness perfectly. Staff were lovely.

A solid spot for a drink in the city centre. Prices are definitely fairer than the other pubs on this street. Found the seating inside to be a bit cramped, though. Still, it's a comfortable place to unwind.
