The outdoor seating is the real draw here—classic local bar vibe, decent beer, and the music’s not bad either. Crowd was friendly enough for a chat. Just wish the weather had held up a bit longer.

I loved the creative beer amisu dessert! It was a unique twist that paired perfectly with their excellent beer selection.

Nice spot right by the Isar, away from all the tourist noise. Prices are a bit steep for the portion size, but sitting by the water makes up for it. Good place to just hang out for a while.

Came here for a quick dinner and honestly the food surprised me. Fresh ingredients, well seasoned, nothing fancy but done right. Service was friendly too, not hovering. Only thing is they don’t take card, so bring cash. I’d go back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped by for lunch with a few colleagues. Schnitzel was solid, käsespätzle decent too. Beer garden is the main draw—plenty of space, kids running around, no one rushing you. Staff managed our group of 12 without drama. Prices fair for the portion. Not the most refined Bavarian food, but it does the job.

The golden wall decor really stands out. Good beer selection too. Solid spot for a quick drink if you're in the area.

Service was sharp—server noticed I was struggling with the menu and offered to translate on the spot. Appreciated that. Food was solid, nothing groundbreaking. The free bread and pretzels were a decent touch. Wouldn't go out of my way, but fine if you're in the area and need a reliable meal.

Solid old-school beer garden. Had the mushroom goulash, actually decent for a vegan option. Shade was a lifesaver on a hot day. Gets busy but that's part of the charm.

Been coming here for years and it's still my go-to spot in the area. The beer garden is huge and always full of locals, which says enough. Food's been more consistent lately too.

The cocktails were solid, but you’re definitely paying for the hotel lobby vibe. Fine for one drink before dinner, not more.

Been coming here for a while now, and the duck is still the reason. Soft, juicy, that beetroot sauce works way better than it sounds. Had the cheese and meat platter too, more like a starter portion but fine. Service was friendly, no complaints. Just wish they'd keep the menu consistent, that's all.

The grilled meat was really good, juicy and well-seasoned. Portions are decent for the price. Only downside—it gets loud inside, so don't come here expecting a quiet dinner.

The all-day breakfast menu saved me—showed up around 2pm and still got eggs and pancakes. The back seating area is what I remember most though. Nice design, comfortable chairs, not too loud even when it filled up. Good spot if you want to sit and take your time. Food was fine, nothing crazy, but the space itself made it worth it.

The wine list here is solid, and the staff actually know what they’re talking about. Pours are a bit small for what you pay, though. Quality makes up for it, mostly. I’d come back if I’m in the mood for a decent glass without the fuss.

The pizza was decent, not the best I've had in the city, but fine. The real reason I'd come back is the atmosphere. It's a nice spot to sit and relax before heading somewhere else. Service was friendly enough, and I didn't feel rushed. Just a comfortable place to be.

The club sandwich was surprisingly good, and the Guinness tasted fresh. Loved the rustic interior with the TVs. Outdoor seating’s great for people-watching.

Decent spot for breakfast or a late drink. Service was friendly, though it did get pretty busy. Probably worth booking ahead if you're coming with a group.

Stopped by for a pint last week. Whisky shelf is packed with stuff from all over, owner clearly knows his bottles. Guinness was proper, creamy, reminded me of Dublin honestly. Place was a bit quiet for a Friday but that suited me fine. Good spot if you're in the area and want a decent drink without the fuss.

Stopped by for a late afternoon drink. Place has real character, not polished up for tourists. Mixed crowd during the day, easy to just sit and watch people. Didn't eat, so can't judge the food. Service was efficient, no fuss. Fine if you want a break from the usual Munich beer hall scene.

Stopped by after a walk in the park. Beer was cold, hit the spot. Food was decent, nothing crazy but fine for a casual evening. Service was quick and friendly. Place has that classic biergarten vibe, pretty chill. Could see coming back if I'm in the area again.

Tried the Lausanne and Istanbul breakfasts — both were solid. Menu's huge and they serve till 3pm, which is handy. Just a couple of the waiters seemed a bit off.

Solid stop right off the motorway near Munich. Food was decent, nothing fancy, but the wasps in the garden really bothered me while eating. Service okay. Fine if you just need a quick break.

The mojito was solid, not too sweet, and the portion was decent for what they charge. Cocktail list has enough options to keep it interesting. Place gets busy after 9 when the DJ shows up, so if you want a seat, come earlier. Prices felt fair for the quality, didn't leave feeling ripped off.

Solid Bavarian food without the tourist markup. White sausage and blood sausage hit the spot, decent beer list too. Portions felt fair for what you pay.

Stumbled in here by chance and grabbed the schnitzel — really solid, crispy. Service was friendly too. Gets loud later, so maybe book ahead if you can.

The cocktail list here is seriously long, all about Negroni twists. Tried the Victoria Station with cilantro, pretty out there but it worked. Nice spot to just sit and sip for a while. Would've liked a bit more guidance from the bartender though, felt a little lost with so many options.

Waiter Andrea handled the language barrier well and got everything right. Roasted pork and knuckle were solid, apple strudel finished it off nicely. Service like that makes a difference.

Stumbled into this place near Marienplatz and ended up staying way longer than planned. The cocktail list is basically a book — pages and pages of stuff. Tried a few originals, all solid. Wood-paneled walls make it feel cozy, kind of old-school Munich. Not the cheapest, but you pay for the vibe. Good spot if you're tired of the touristy bars around.

The pork knuckle was the real deal. Crispy skin, tender inside, proper mustard on the side. Ate it with my hands, no regrets. Portion's generous, maybe too much for one. Didn't care about the music or crowd. Just that meat. Came for the food, left full. That's all I need.
