Breakfast was decent, coffee hit the spot. The view over the beach and the Cobb is the real draw here. Menu's got a lot on it, but honestly, for what you pay, the portions could be a bit more generous.

The hog roast roll was fresh and full of flavour, really hit the spot. The doughnuts were a nice touch too – the raspberry jam ones were my favourite. Just wish the roll was a bit bigger for the price, felt a little light.

Been coming here for years, and the homemade cakes are always spot on. Love the little side salad they serve with them - a nice touch. It's the consistency that keeps me coming back.

The chocolate Guinness cake is fantastic. They serve really generous slices, and the seating was comfortable for a relaxed afternoon.

The sausage rolls here are the main draw. Flaky, buttery pastry with a really well-seasoned filling. Good coffee too, strong and not bitter. It's a solid choice for a quick bite.

A decent B&B with a lot of character. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The two dogs wandering about are a nice touch. Good value for the price.

Had the steak and kidney pie for lunch. The filling was rich and the pastry was just the right kind of flaky. Staff were really friendly, which made it a nice, relaxed meal.

The team here are just lovely. Really warm welcome when we arrived, and they kept checking in without being overbearing. Service was quick even though the place was packed. Felt genuinely looked after.

Nice, relaxed pub for catching up. The space is big and clean, decor's pleasant. Service was quick, which I appreciate. Had a decent pale ale on tap that went well with the atmosphere. Coffee refills are free, a nice touch. Could use a few more interesting craft options on the drinks menu though.

The chicken burger here is a proper one. Freshly made, juicy patty, not that dry fast-food stuff. Really hit the spot.

Dog-friendly, they even had treats for our pup. Staff were pleasant and friendly throughout. Food was fine, nothing standout. Good spot for a quick, casual meal if you're in the area with your dog.

Alison was lovely, really apologetic about the wait. Cheese and onion toastie hit the spot. Could use more staff during lunch rush, but got my quick bite in the end.

The Sunday carvery was a lovely surprise before our walk. The roast was spot on, and that sticky toffee pudding... just the right amount of warmth and sweetness. A cosy, quiet corner made it feel like a proper little treat.

Popped in for a quick pint and was pleasantly surprised they allow dogs. My neighbour’s spaniel chilled by the bar. Just a nice, relaxed vibe with a pup around.

Had early morning appointment near by so went for breakfast afterwards. Young man was amazing and gave us very good service. Food was fair but it did take awhile to come , also some was a bit cold . Over all it was fair .

Service was friendly and attentive, but the portions for lunch were a bit on the small side for the price.
