Elle was so kind and attentive. She remembered our drink order from last time and even brought an extra side of bread without us asking. Just really nice service that made the whole meal better.

Been coming here for years, prices are still decent. Had the burger again last night, it's always solid. Staff are quick, and they'll tell you a bit about the area if you ask. Nothing fancy, just a reliable spot.

Cosy pub with a real fire - ideal for winter. The 'secret' garden out back is a nice spot for a quiet pint in the sun.

Been coming here for years. The Caesar salad is always fresh, just right on a warm day. I usually head upstairs for a bit of quiet. It's a proper local spot.

Great spot after a coastal walk. The fish stew was hearty, with a rich tomato base and fresh mussels. Service was friendly, though a bit slow when they got busy. Nice, relaxed vibe by the water.

Been coming here for years. The crab linguine is always packed with seafood, just like it should be. The mussels are good too, a decent portion. It’s a solid choice for a reliable meal.

Lots of veggie and vegan choices here, which is nice. Got the pasta, it was really good. Came out fast too, even though the place was packed.

The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. They even brought a little bowl of water and a treat for our dog, which was a nice touch. A pleasant spot for a casual lunch.

Coffee's top notch, and Sue is a gem. She remembered my usual order, which is a nice touch when you're in a rush. Quick service, perfect for a fast lunch break.

Been coming here for years, and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. The ingredients are always fresh, and they cook everything to order. It’s just solid, reliable food that hits the spot every time.

Service was spot on. The staff had a good sense of timing, attentive but never hovering. The sommelier's suggestion for a glass of red with the steak was exactly right—it really tied the meal together. A very smooth evening.

Been here a few times now. It's always spotless, which is nice. The owners are friendly, make you feel welcome. Just a comfortable, no-fuss place for a meal.

The owner clearly knows her coffee. My flat white was really nicely made, smooth and rich. A quiet spot for a proper brew. Just a bit pricey for the size.

No booking but got a table quick even at Christmas. Sophy’s suggestions were spot on. Food came fast and hit the spot. Perfect for a quick bite when you’re in a rush.

I've been a few times now. What keeps me coming back is how fresh the ingredients always taste. You can really tell the vegetables are crisp and the proteins are good quality. It feels like a proper, wholesome meal.

Popped in for a coffee and a slice of their chocolate cake. The coffee was a really good, strong flat white. Cake was decent, a bit dry maybe. Just what I needed on a grey afternoon.

Came here for a quiet dinner. The service was efficient and friendly, which made the whole evening very relaxed. I particularly enjoyed the okra side dish. The prosecco was a nice surprise, too. A comfortable spot for a low-key night out.

Good spot for a quick bite. Mussels were solid, dessert was nice. Service friendly but a bit slow.

The new sharing chips were a solid menu addition. Decent portion, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. They came out hot and well-seasoned. A nice side to share, though the aioli could have had a bit more punch.

Friendly spot, the burger was juicy and hit the spot. The bar had a decent local ale on tap which paired nicely. Just a heads up, the kitchen's shut Mon & Tues nights, but you can grab a takeaway from the bar.

I live pretty far out, but the food always arrives piping hot. The extra delivery charge is worth it for the quality you get. The flavours are spot-on, nothing gets soggy.

Nice local pub, staff are friendly. The food was really good and portions are generous.

The cream tea was the main reason I went. The scones were warm and clearly homemade, which was nice. But for the price, I expected a bit more clotted cream and jam on the side. The portion felt a little light.

Been coming here for years now. It's that reliable local pub you can always count on. The steak and ale pie is exactly the same as it was five years ago - proper, hearty, and never disappoints. That's why I keep going back.

The staff were so kind and patient with my daughter. It's a relief to find a place that makes dining out with little ones feel easy.

Nice little spot for a cuppa. They've got a fun collection of teapots on the shelves. The cakes looked good, will try one next time.

Victoria and Madison were really helpful with the menu. Service was friendly and professional, made ordering easy. A pleasant evening overall.
