The birria tacos and loaded fries at Loco Lime were a solid choice. What I really liked was the space itself—the high ceilings and those big industrial-style windows made it feel really open and airy while we ate.

A nice spot with a soft play upstairs for the kids. It's a thoughtful touch that makes the meal much more relaxed for us parents. The staff were very friendly about it all.

Found this little spot tucked away. The pad thai was spot on - not too sweet, and the prawns were huge! Staff were lovely, took the time to walk us through the menu. A proper find.

Really appreciate the vegan cheese and gluten-free options here. The ingredients tasted fresh, which is always a plus for me.

Popped in for lunch and got the pea and ham soup. Tasted exactly like my gran used to make, really hit the spot on a grey day. Just a solid, no-fuss meal.

Just popped in for a quick drink and a bite. The barman was really friendly, made the stop nice and easy. Drinks were fairly priced too. Good spot for a fast break.

Leo was a fantastic waiter, so attentive and friendly. He kept our glasses topped up all evening, which was a really nice touch.

The Wednesday burger special is a great deal. I appreciated the fresh lettuce and tomato toppings. The beef patty itself was decent, though I wish they offered a leaner mince option. Still, for the price, it's a solid choice.

Staff are genuinely lovely, and the cocktails are great. I do think the prices are a bit steep for the portion sizes, though. You're paying more for the vibe than the food.

Perfect for a quick lunch. The sharing platter came out fast, which was great. Good wine too. Staff were helpful.

Love grabbing lunch here with friends! The food's always fresh and comes out piping hot. It's just counter service, but they bring it to your table which is nice - means we can keep chatting. The chicken katsu bowl is my go-to.

Cosy little spot, the ramen broth was really flavourful. The seats are comfy too, which made for a relaxed lunch.

The staff were so lovely, really attentive but never hovering. It was just a calm, peaceful spot to enjoy lunch without feeling rushed at all.

Service here is really nice. The owners are always up for a quick chat, makes you feel welcome. It's a relaxed spot, good for a casual meal.

Came here for the steak night with friends. Two rump steaks and a bottle of wine for £35 is such a good deal. The wine was decent, steaks were tasty. Perfect for a casual catch-up without breaking the bank.

Lovely spot right on the old railway path. Good for a pit stop if you're cycling or walking past. The view over the harbour and up to the castle is the real draw here.

Popped in for a coffee before an appointment. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, even though it was super busy with the lunch rush.

Spring rolls were spot on, crispy and juicy. Food's fresh, solid takeaway prices. They had a decent house white that went nicely with the lighter dishes. A bit noisy inside, but the food makes up for it.

The fish and chips are always spot on here. A proper, crispy batter and the chips are just right. It's my go-to for a reliable, no-fuss supper. The place just feels comfortable.

Great choice of beers, especially the real ales. The manager's two Saint Bernards are lovely and make it a proper dog-friendly spot.
